Allowing yourself to close your eyes or soften your gaze,

You can begin to take a few deep breaths in and out.

As you breathe,

Is it possible to let go of details of the outside world?

Anything leading up to this moment and anything you need to tackle later on in your day,

Letting them fall into the background of your attention as you give yourself permission to come into this moment.

Starting with your breath,

The easy inhale and exhale.

Trusting your body to assume a natural rhythm of each breath as it flows into the next.

As you're sitting here or lying here,

Is it possible to soften?

Letting go of tension or tightness in the little muscles of your face.

Letting your shoulders drop away from your ears just a little bit more.

Opening your lower back and belly and letting your hands rest comfortably on your lap or at your sides.

Taking a moment to feel the support pushing up from below you from your chair or the bed that you're laying on.

From the ground below and all the layers of the earth below that.

All helping hold you in this moment.

Building your posture as you give yourself permission to let go.

Softening your muscles and allowing your body to fully relax.

In this moment,

In this state of being,

You might notice internal sensations as you scan through your body.

You might become aware of tension or tightness,

Areas of pain or holding.

When you encounter those areas,

Is it possible to breathe into them?

Creating space,

Cradling them tenderly and with care.

All sensations are welcome.

All feelings,

Even if they are difficult,

Are a part of this experience.

Is it possible to notice them without judgment?

Hold them as you would a small child,

Sending them love and reassurance that this feeling will not last forever.

But with your strength and care,

Your body will heal.

There are deep wells within the core of your being that carry this strength and calm that you can access whenever you need it.

As you encounter challenging situations,

Difficult interactions or painful experiences,

You can stop,

Take a breath and connect with these deep wells of wisdom inside of you.

Using this strength and love to hold you and carry you through whatever challenges in front of you.

These deep wells of strength and courage and love and wisdom come out of your being and spread to those around you,

Which reverberate in them and bounce back to reach more people.

It reaches back to you,

Strengthening those internal resources of calm and courage.

Your goodness,

Your light will carry you through even in the dark.

Reconnecting with this inner sense of calm and wisdom is always available to help you trust yourself to persevere through any challenge that is ahead of you.

Apply on this love,

This love to yourself and the love you so easily spread to the world.

Feel free to take a few more deep breaths in and out.

Moving your body in gentle,

Nurturing ways as you come back to this moment,

Reawaken knowing that you are carrying this strength and wisdom and light and love with you wherever you may go.

Namaste.
