This is a mantra meditation that supports you in the realignment of your energy,
The quieting of mental noise,
And the restoration of inner harmony.
So get comfortable,
Lie down and close the eyes.
You're welcome to stay seated,
Anything that works for you at this time.
And begin to settle,
Letting the body move around a little bit if needed,
Wiggle the fingers and toes,
Circle the wrists,
Ankles,
Just any movement that will then allow you,
Your body,
Your mind,
To find stillness.
Begin by taking some deep breaths into the body at your own pace,
Just come into the here and now and to the present,
Finding your center,
Connecting to your heart,
To your spirit,
And breathe.
And now bringing awareness to the rhythm of your breath,
Not changing it,
Just witnessing.
And allowing each inhale to bring nourishment,
And each exhale to release any tension or held emotion.
Breathing in light,
And breathing out anything no longer serving.
Each breath continuing to get a little deeper than the one before,
Feeling your nervous system already start to soften,
The bones starting to soften,
Relaxing the shoulders,
Just a little bit of surrender.
And we set the intention to come back into our light temple,
This healing chamber of divine unconditional love and divine grace.
We invite in God source,
God consciousness,
Connecting to the eternal light of God within,
Invoking the pure white eternal light,
The eternal light of God,
The living light of Christos Sophia,
The diamond light,
The blue healing light.
We ask for complete protection,
A safe,
Sacred and nurturing space to go deeper.
And we invite in your higher self,
Your highest self,
Your soul,
Your soul's wisdom,
Your teams of the highest vibration of unconditional love to join us for this work.
And we are now in ceremony,
Taking a deep breath in through the nose,
And exhaling slowly through the mouth.
Again,
Inhale and letting it go.
Continuing to soften breath by breath.
And we will begin by inviting this white light,
This eternal God source intelligence into the layers of the super conscious,
Conscious,
Subconscious and unconscious mind.
Into the templates,
The architecture,
The blueprint,
And code where limiting belief programs run.
We'll take a moment to allow for us to arrive in the space into the subconscious unconscious,
The identification of these parts of self that are still running these limiting belief programs.
And the intention of this meditation is the reprogramming,
The remembering.
And I invite you to feel the power and frequency of these words I am about to say,
To repeat them to yourself,
To bring them into the deepest layers of soul knowing.
And maybe you feel called to place the right hand over the heart,
The left over the belly.
And repeat to yourself,
I am peace.

My life is a vessel for the sacred.
I walk in harmony with the living intelligence of all things.
I open to the beauty that has always been within me.
I embody God in form.
I walk as an embodiment of eternal light.
I live in rhythm with the eternal.

I let stillness be my compass.
I do not abandon the present to chase the future.

I allow each breath to be a sacred act of return.
I belong to the eternal,

Deep breath in,

And we'll just take a few more breaths here to continue to integrate.
When you're ready,
Bring some gentle movement into the body.
Gentle wiggles,
Mindful stretches.
Start to bring yourself back into the conscious mind,
Back into the heart,
Into the here and now,
Into your physicality.
Grounding and embodying these shifts within the subconscious into the conscious,
Into the templates,
The architecture,
The structure,
The code.
There is no rush to come out of it,
No rush to open the eyes.
