Coming into a comfortable seat,

Sitting nice and tall with a long spine and open heart,

Placing the palms open to receive,

Your pointer finger and thumb can touch,

Gently closing down the eyes,

Softening the space behind them.

Take a deep breath in and sigh out through the mouth.

Do that again,

Deep breath in and sigh release.

On your next inhale,

Roll the shoulders up towards your ears and on your exhale,

Gently relax them down your back.

Do that a few times until your shoulders find a comfortable,

Relaxed place to rest.

Take another deep breath in and exhale release.

Continue to focus on deepening your breath with each inhale and exhale.

Notice your belly rise and fall with each breath,

Noticing your heart rate slow and a feeling of calm come over your entire body,

Letting go of your to-do lists or tasks and just giving yourself these few moments to reconnect.

Deep breath in and release.

Feel the energy between your pointer finger and thumb,

Feel the ground beneath you,

Let your body feel heavy and fully supported by the earth.

Deep breath in and release,

Arriving in your body,

Arriving in the very space you are in right now,

Letting everything else from the external world drift away and just be in this moment of stillness.

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out.

You are here now,

You are safe now,

You can just be now.

Inhale and release,

Using your breath as a tool to continually come back to this moment,

To feel connected to this moment,

To feel grounded in this moment.

Deep breath in and sigh out through the mouth.

Keep flowing with your breath.
