And so I want you to just start to take those three deep breaths.
These are the breaths that are signaling to your mind and to your body that you are going within.
And using that calm birth breath,
That ability to just expand your belly as if you're visualizing a balloon growing bigger and bigger and it's that lower area of the belly.
And on your exhale just releasing all of that air,
Calm and comfortable.
And allowing these inhales and these exhales and this calm breath to just expand for as long as you possibly can.
And I want you to think of that beautiful color that's very relaxing and comforting.
I want you to imagine it circling around the top of your head,
Over your forehead,
Smoothing out any lines all around those muscles,
Around your eyes,
Your temples,
Your jaw,
Around your mouth.
More and more relaxed,
Calm and comfortable,
Even more calm and comfortable as this beautiful light circles around.
Over your neck,
Over your chest,
Over your heart.
I want you to just imagine your heart expanding,
Opening up,
Full of love,
Full of care,
Compassion,
Trust and faith.
Trusting your body,
Trusting your baby.
That love for your family and this beautiful color just allowing your heart to open up even more.
And moving down over your belly,
I just want you to imagine this beautiful baby of yours being encircled by this color of love,
This color of calming comfort,
This beautiful color just embracing your baby.
Sending your baby love and encouragement.
Letting that baby know that you are ready whenever they are.
Everything is moving,
Everything is opening,
Everything is progressing exactly as it is meant to.
You are doing the very best that you can and so is this beautiful baby working together as this amazing team just opening up and relaxing even more.
And when the time is right and you'll know exactly when that time is,
This partnership,
This ability to be supportive,
Filled with trust,
Filled with love,
Allowing your mind,
Allowing your body to just open up even more,
Calm and comfortable,
Filled with that trust for body and for baby.
And this feeling of relaxation moving over your hips,
Over your thighs,
Your calves,
So relaxed,
So calm,
So comfortable.
And as I count down from five to zero,
Just giving yourself permission to let go of any tension even more at five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One and zero.
Deep sleep.
And there is this beautiful,
Beautiful path in front of you.
It's out in nature somewhere and you can feel perhaps the most perfect breeze,
The temperature is absolutely as it should be where you feel calm and comfortable.
But not only calm and comfortable,
But also this feeling of wonder and awe.
This positive expectancy,
This knowing that something amazing is right around the corner.
And so you are walking in every step just brings with it this enhanced feeling of faith and trust.
Every step brings that ability to just more and more connect even deeper with your body and your baby,
Even more comfortable in the subconscious mind.
And I want you to start to imagine this house that emerges in front of you on this beautiful trail and it feels just perfect.
Maybe you've been there,
Maybe it's just something that you've perhaps seen your imagination bringing it to you.
And there is this desire to open the door and when you do,
You just see this beautiful room,
So calming,
So comforting,
And you get to choose.
There's windows everywhere and you get to choose what you see outside of those windows.
Is it the beach?
Is it the mountains?
Is the sun setting?
Is it rising?
Surrounded by nature,
But in this room,
This calm,
Comfortable,
Safe room.
And your beautiful baby,
When the time is right,
Your beautiful baby begins to make your way,
Dropping down even lower and your body sending you those signals,
Those surges that tell you that your uterus,
Your powerful,
Amazing uterus is doing exactly as it should be to allow that baby to continue to move even further down.
And in this room of complete calm,
Comfort,
You are safe.
And this process happens only when the time is right,
Only when that baby decides that the time is right.
And when it does,
You can find yourself in this room,
Calm and comfortable,
Completely serene,
More and more relaxed,
Using your breath,
Using your breath to assist this beautiful baby.
And so imagining now as you take that short but powerful inhale and that exhale as you visualize that J and that baby just moving along that J path,
Your breath,
Breathing that beautiful baby down and out calm.
And so very patient you are.
And I want you to take a moment to imagine yourself.
You're lying there and baby is now out of your belly.
It's this beautiful moment where your baby is on your chest and you can just visualize the energy around you,
The love surrounding you and your partner standing next to you leaning in and your baby finding their perfect way to your chest,
Hearing your heartbeat,
Feeling the warmth of your skin,
Knowing that they are safe and they are so loved.
And you have an expression on your face and this expression is of pure joy,
Of love,
This euphoric feeling of strength.
You are strong.
You are flexible.
You can handle anything that comes your way.
And so taking a deep breath and allowing this beautiful image to guide you and your baby through this beautiful process.
And if you are able to continue to relax,
To continue to find yourself in a zone and a rhythm,

But if in fact you would like to be counted up to conscious awareness,

Then we will do that knowing that your ability to bring yourself back to this place of calm,

Relaxation can easily happen when you just close your eyes.
You start to think of your color and you just tell yourself those relaxing,
Calming words that tell you that you are safe.
Closing the door to your subconscious mind at zero.
