10 minute Guided Gratitude Meditation. It's a great meditation to listen to in the morning, it will help start the day on a positive note with gratitude and appreciation. When we are grateful, it opens the doors to receive more good to flow into our lives.

Welcome to your guided gratitude meditation.

So take a moment to get settled in a comfortable position.

You can be lying down or sitting up,

Whatever is going to be most comfortable for you.

Let's take a little stretch.

So look to the right of your head and maybe look to the left.

You can even take some shoulder rolls,

Bringing the shoulders to the ears and rolling them back and down,

Breathing in through the nose and exhale through the nose.

And settling into stillness.

Asking yourself,

What are you truly grateful for today?

The breath you just took is a gift.

It's something to be grateful for,

To be able to breathe on your own.

For getting up today,

It's a new day to start fresh and begin again.

I find one of the best ways to start your day on a positive note is to focus on what you appreciate in your life.

What are you grateful for?

So when we have an attitude of gratitude,

It opens the door to experience more things to be grateful for,

Such as good health,

More joy in your life,

More love,

Abundance,

Peace.

So let's start with you and the five senses.

Are you grateful for your ability to touch,

To see,

To hear,

To smell,

And to taste?

And if you don't have one of these senses,

Maybe there's a silver lining in that.

And take a deep breath in and sigh out.

And just maybe notice the space around you,

Being grateful for being safe,

Comfortable,

Quiet.

And then maybe take a moment to think about the people in your life that you're grateful for.

Your family,

Your friends,

Maybe people you work with or do activities with.

Maybe even if those people can be challenging sometimes,

You learn a little something about yourself by being with them,

Being grateful for the opportunity to grow and evolve into the best version of you.

And then what else are you truly grateful for today?

So maybe throughout your day,

You notice the beauty that surrounds you,

The beautiful trees,

Wildlife.

Maybe you live near the ocean,

Beaches,

Or a lake,

Or mountains.

Just let that appreciation fill up as you inhale and exhale.

Just allow yourself to bask in this moment of gratitude,

Being grateful for being you.

No one will ever exist exactly like you.

Nobody has your experiences and talents.

You are unique.

So be grateful for your gifts.

Be grateful for your challenges.

They make you who you are.

With a slight smile within or even on your face,

Take another deep breath in.

I'm grateful for this day and then sigh out,

Just letting any worries drift away.

And if the only thing you did today was give thanks,

Know that that will be more than enough.

Being thankful for yourself and for those around you,

Recognizing how truly grateful and blessed you are.

And throughout your day today,

Take little gratitude moments and see how your days unfold.

Thank you for being grateful for your challenges.

And see how your days unfold.
