Welcome to this offering of self-devotion and honour.

Take a few moments just to welcome yourself into your space,

Welcome yourself into your body,

Welcome yourself into your deeper self too.

Allowing yourself to become really comfortable whether you be laying down or in a seated position,

Whichever feels most serving for you right now.

As you begin to settle,

As you begin to arrive,

When it feels ready for you to do so,

Just allow the eyes to gently meet the earth beneath you,

So lowering the gaze.

And if you feel comfortable to do so,

Closing the eyes.

Taking a few moments just to really connect with the physical body,

Really connect with the emotional mind and really honour the deeper self.

Notice your breath being held gently within you,

Coming and going with a softness and an ease.

Not asking for the breath to perform or behave in any way,

Just to simply be within you.

To simply be in you as a life force.

Every new breath arriving with grace and with honour,

And every breath parting ways with gratitude and compassion.

As you sit or you lay in this moment of offering true devotion and honour to all that you are and the world around you,

Take a moment for the physical body to surrender.

So let go of any physical tension that you may be holding.

Any discomforts can soften.

Allow the mind just to move a little slower,

A little softer,

Without forcing anything to leave.

Just honouring its place within you.

And as you truly arrived this offering,

Just following the rhythm of your breath,

Allowing it to slow down,

We're going to gently invite some words to sit within the breath.

And as I share them with you,

Then allow yourself to gently hear them recite in your own mind.

Or you may even wish to speak them out loud.

As you hear these words within your breath,

Allow yourself to truly receive their offering.

Allow yourself to truly receive their intention.

Breathing gently.

Just for today,

I will not anger.

Allow those words to sit within your breath with honour and trust.

Just for today,

I will not anger.

Just for today,

I will not anger.

Hearing those words just a few more times.

And just for today,

I will not worry.

Just for today,

I will not worry.

And just for today,

I will not worry.

Just for today,

I will not worry.

Hearing those words a few more times.

And then welcoming these new words into your breath and your entire being.

Just for today,

I will give thanks for my many blessings.

Allow these words to sit within your breath with trust and with honour.

And just for today,

I will not worry.

Allowing yourself to hear those words once more.

Just for today,

I will do my work with honesty.

Allow these words to sit within your breath with honour and with great trust.

And just for today,

I will give thanks for my many blessings.

Hearing those words just a few more times.

And just for today,

I will show love and respect for every living thing.

And just for today,

I will give thanks for my many blessings.

Thank you.

And just for today,

I will show love and respect for every living thing.

And as these words gently quiet within your voice or within your mind,

I will give thanks for my many blessings.

And just for today,

I will give thanks for my many blessings.

And just for today,

I will give thanks for my many blessings.

And just for today,

I will give thanks for my many blessings.

And just for today,

I will give thanks for my many blessings.

Have a sense of your body,

Have a sense of your physical body carrying you and holding you,

Protecting you.

Have a sense of your emotions and your thoughts with compassion.

Just for today I will not anger.

Just for today I will not worry.

Just for today I will give thanks for my many blessings.

Just for today I will do my work with great honesty.

Just for today I will show love and respect for every living thing.

Take a beautiful breath in through the nose and gently sigh the breath away.

Bringing your palms together to meet as your thumbs come and rest towards your heartbeat.

Take a moment of great thanks.

Namaste Aum Shanti
