Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
Please lie down on the floor in Savasana and get yourself comfortable.
Feel yourself grounded.
The whole back side of the body is facing Mother Earth.
Taking a long deep breath inside the belly and breathing out through the mouth.
Then a long deep breath in and with the out breath let everything go.
The earth got your back and there is nothing more to hold on to.
With every out breath you sink deeper into the earth.
Let's invite your imagination to take you into a joyous place where you can rest on a natural surface that you wish to lie on.
It could be warm wet sand on a beach underneath the palm trees or lying in a grass field surrounded by flowers and honey bees flying in the crisp air or whatever is suitable for you right now in this moment,
Your moment.
With every in breath you feel lighter as if your psychic body loses the grip to its material body.
It is a safe and uplifting feeling into the ether.
There is no need to worry about anything right now.
Your body is deeply rooted,
Building a solid base to enable your psychic body to get lighter with every in breath.
Right now everything is just fine.
This feeling of boundlessness is the true nature of your psychic body and right now it is like a coming home to the space where it belongs.
Just like the coming home of the grounded heavy body lying in the arms of mother earth.
These are two aspects of one and the same.
At first it might seem like a duality between two forces,
But when you look closer or better feel it deep in your soul,
It is exactly what is needed to create a spaciousness between those polarities.
What if your soul,
Your spirit,
Your Atman has its home right in that space,
In this vast open field,
In this state of equilibrium?
It is there all the time.
We only get distracted at times and fooled into believing that we are our thoughts.
Therefore take this moment now to anchor yourself in this balanced state,
Carried effortlessly by the field of the grounding and uplifting sensations.
Breathing in,
Feeling the uplift and breathing out,
Sensing the grounding aspect.
Enter your mind in the space between each breath and I will leave you now for a while in this space.
Just like the coming home of the grounded heavy body lying in the arms of mother earth.
These are two aspects of one and the same.
At first it might seem like a duality between two forces,
But when you look closer or better feel it deep in your soul,
It is exactly what is needed to create a spaciousness between You You You You You You You The more you ground yourself The more you ease your mind and let your energy body get light The more you make space for your soul,
Your unique self That carries the seed of your dharma,
Your destiny The one thing that needs to be unfolded and by time manifested for the good of every living creature There is no need to think about it In fact that's exactly what we do all of the time And mostly it causes suffering,
Imbalance and sometimes even a feeling of unworthiness That's the way our thinking mind is working,
Based on all the experiences we made so far It doesn't know it better and it surely wants the best for us Never mind,
Instead looking at those mechanisms with a sense of compassion and gratitude For all the times when it is working out fine All you have to do is give yourself time every day to consciously stretch out body,
Mind and soul in all directions Continually allowing to grow this spaciousness inside of you Every conscious breath you take throughout the day is a gift of self-love and a service to every living being Now slowly come back to your body Sensing the space around you Wiggle your toes and fingers and stretch out your body,
Feeling every little sensation Again let a long deep breath roll down your body like a wave from the crown of the head to the tips of the toes to wake up the whole body Open your eyes slowly Thank you so much for listening,
