
FLOW: Vibration In, Vibration Out
A sweet meditation where you will release things no longer serving and refresh with lotus imagery while developing awareness around your unique vibratory marker as well as how to notice what is "not for you" in other vibrational signatures with no attachment. This powerful meditation is a beautiful practice for energetic/vibrational awareness and growth!

Hey there,
This is Jen with Laughing Lotus Wellness.
Welcome to our meditation practice.
So here we are with our meditation flow,
Vibration in,
Vibration out.
And I invite you in your space today to take a comfortable seat,
Coming to lie down.
I will always invite you to close your eyes or soften your gaze.
It really helps deepen our practice when we can disengage some of our senses so we can just come really more deeply inward.
Going in through the layers of the koshas all the way into our bliss state,
That beautiful space right in the center of our being,
That soul center.
And beginning to just drop into the breath,
Slow things down.
Going inward and just checking the state of your mind.
Taking note of any sensations,
Feelings or thoughts.
And boxing them up,
Just for now,
Visualize placing that box,
That container outside your space,
So that you can truly be here.
And finding that even and fluid breath here,
Noting the flow of the breath.
Making any final adjustments as needed to your props,
Clothing or body.
And as you breathe here,
As you deepen the awareness of where you are in space,
How the breath is flowing fluidly in and out of your nostrils.
We're just going to sit for a moment,
Plugging into the sound of the sacral singing bowl,
Just as we breathe here.
Listening for the flow of the sound.
IPOk.

Today we're going to consider how we are vibration living in vibration.
That the concept is that vibration flows in and around us and last week,
Last time we discussed how we have a choice in that.
We can shift and transform our vibrations with our thoughts.
For just a moment I invite you to close your eyes,
Soften the gaze,
Moving inward again.
I invite you to call up aspects of your life that keep you from flow.
Some examples from last week are this.
Fear,
Guilt,
Negative thoughts,
Believing and attending to thoughts.
Doubt,
Getting in our own way,
Negativity,
Sleep deprivation,
Procrastination,
Trust,
Doubt,
People making us feel guilty,
Overwhelm,
Limiting beliefs,
Anxiety,
Panic,
PTSD,
Anxiety,
Physical ailments.
And pausing here for just a moment,
Getting in touch with the things that for you personally might influence the ability to go with the flow in your life.
In this space,
In this moment,
I invite you to plug into the sensation of your energy,
The vibration and rate how you're feeling energetically.
It could be on a scale from one to five or zero to ten.
The low number means it affects us not at all and the higher number indicates emotional and energetic attachment.
So when I think that I might not be living in the flow,
And right now in this moment energetically,
Giving yourself pause just to notice this is not about judgment,
It's just about connection and awareness.
Also removing any judgment,
Just taking a temporary snapshot of how are things in this moment when I consider not being in the flow.
And maybe you're feeling really great this morning and that's beautiful.
And if you're not,
Without judgment,
Just notice that and then set it aside.
And as you breathe,
Just know that feeling or experience that might be in the way of the flow.
I'm breathing steady here,
The breath just flowing in and out.
Imagine your mind for a moment,
The question of what needs to emerge for you to allow this to pass through your vibration.
I am releasing,
And your word,
I am releasing negativity.
I am releasing my lack of trust.
Whatever your words might be.
And I'm going to give you a few moments here as you breathe.
As I play the singing bowl quietly,
To think about what you're going to release,
I am releasing.
Using that element of water to allow that to flow in and around you.
As you breathe.
As you breathe.
Releasing and letting go of all things no longer serving.
Raises that vibration.
And together we're going to release these feelings and experiences with a cleansing breath.
It will be a nice full inhale and a forceful blowing out as if blowing out a candle to release that emotion,
Situation,
Conflict or story.
So inhale in together and then blow that out.
Releasing the energy attached to that.
So again,
Take another breath in.
Forcefully exhale that out.
Releasing it out,
Blowing it away.
Couple more of those breaths here.
Nice big inhale.
And releasing that out.
Last and best breath here.
Inhaling into the belly.
Releasing what's not serving.
And now returning to that nice and easy breath.
I release with the mind,
The breath and the energy.
I invite you now to imagine that you're sitting on the edge of a pond.
From the water rises a beautiful lotus.
White and pristine.
Glistening with water droplets and emanating incredible light and energy.
As you gaze at the lotus,
The petals begin to unfurl.
In the center of the bud is a note.
And as you remove it,
You notice that it says this.
My love,
I am here to cleanse the things that are no longer serving you.
Please take this paper,
Rip it into small pieces and write the words of things that no longer serve you on them.
Then,
Gently and with reverence,
Place each slip of paper in each of my petals.
Pausing here now as you breathe,
Take a moment to place your words on the small slips of paper and gently tuck them in to each of the lotus petals.
Obese.
And as the sun sets and you see the beautiful colors shift from orange,
Coral,
Pink and purple,
You watch in awe as the lotus slips beneath the water to submerge itself in the murky water.
But know that the lotus will protect your words and the vibrations that you shared.
Time lapse shifts and we now see the sun rising in the east and with it the lotus emerges it once again.
As the petals open you peer into each one and see and feel a vibration of healing for each one of your words.
Those difficulties have been replaced with healing and light.
There is a sense of release and of disconnecting from the pain we placed in the petals.
As though the vibration was allowed to pass in and through us.
We become aware that it was not serving us to hold on to these emotions and stories.
And this lotus perfectly holds space for that transition.
That shift of allowing the vibration of life to pass around and through us.
That is a guide that we too can be renewed by allowing the flow of life,
Noticing it without attachment.
And as we release that which was not serving us we are filled with love,
Light,
Patience,
Kindness,
Awareness,
Insight.
A down load of goodness for our hearts and souls.
Humor,
Joy,
Peace,
Contentment and acceptance fill every single cell in our bodies.
Just feeling that light and energy,
The vibration of healing spread through our bodies as we sense warmth and light traveling through our physical beings.
But also sensing that it is deeper all the way into the layers of our beings to the very core of our soul.
When it reaches the center of our core,
Our eternal place of bliss,
Of peace,
A supernova explosion of joy is released.
Our bodies,
Minds and souls are filled with it as it expands outward in all directions.
Feeling that vibration in your body in this moment as the breath flows in and out,
Just sensing your own vibration.
And our vibration is being released out in all directions around us.
Seeing it in your mind as a color,
A texture,
Sound as it passes from you and out into the outer vibration of the universe.
How will others see and feel it?
How will they know it is your vibration?
And now imagine your vibration is mixing the beautiful and joyful vibration of others.
We come to know and sense the vibrations around us that are not of this kind,
That do not come from a place of purity.
And we can direct our energy and vibration in and around it and yet not pick it up for ourselves.
This is not for us.
We can mingle and dance with the beauty and joyful vibration,
But we knowingly steer clear the vibrations that don't align for us.
Knowing and sensing the things that are for us and not for us.
And as we gently bump into vibrations that do not feel for us,
We move around them just like we did as the river.
Shifting and transforming.
Keeping them a peaceful nod and then moving on.
And moving on to the vibrations that are for us.
And in your mind here with your breath,
I invite you to seek out the vibrations that feel good and feel beautiful,
Joyful,
Playful,
Positive,
Loving.
And in your mind here,
Dance and play with those light energies as you breathe,
Feeling that sensation of vibration,
Sensing the vibration of the others.
Who is here with us?
What do others vibrations feel and look like?
What do they sound like?
Just imagine what it's like to dance here in this magical space with the other vibrations as you breathe.
You might even offer up your spiritual hand in your mind.
And your vibration can send out a hand and allow another vibration to come into light in that little space,
Sweetness,
Deeply connecting with another soul,
Another vibration.
Just noticing what that experience is like.
And what it looks and feels like to have another's vibration mingle with ours.
Taking your fill with the beautiful vibration,
The colors,
Textures,
Sounds,
Sensations in this space and pulling those into that blissful space right in the center of your being.
Taking that moment in memory with you.
As we recall back down to the edge of that pond,
Back to the edge of your journey,
Back into your physical body.
Our vibrations make their way back to our sacred vessels.
Coming back to the physical space around you and your breath.
As we return to that group sank up for our practice today,
I am grateful to release that which is no longer serving me to see what needs to emerge within me in order to live more deeply in the flow of vibration in and around me.

Slowly coming back into your space,
Allowing the body the honor to shift from the journey of our minds and spirits of vibration into the muscles and bones,
Physical space you're in.
Paying attention to how you are feeling right now,
Just noticing it.
Paying attention to your breathing and your body.
Your breathing and your body.
Your breath and your body.
Sensation and vibration of your body,
Feeling light,
Full of joy and peace.
Slowly rubbing your thumbs across the ends of your fingertips,
Wiggling fingers and toes.
Pausing for a moment here,
Considering how you will take the felt sense of being in touch with your internal vibratory flow,
What it was like to dance with the other vibrations and high frequencies,
How we can maneuver around the things not meant for us.
Without judgment or unkindness,
We just shifted vibration.
As we close our practice,
I honor you my friends.
I invite you to bring your hands together in prayer position at heart center.
The vibration of flow in me honors and sees the vibration of flow within each of you,
Making us one in the flow.
