This meditation will first help you to relax and feel grounded using your breath. Then you'll receive whatever it is you most need today - love, gratitude, connection, grace, focus, etc - through your breath and guided imagery. This meditation is here to support you in allowing yourself to receive whatever you most desire from the universe, knowing you are so worthy of it.

Hello.

If you haven't already,

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting upright with a straight spine or lying down on your back if that feels more supportive to you right now.

Allow your eyes to gently close and go ahead and place your hands,

Palms facing down,

Somewhere on your body.

This will help you to feel grounded and supported.

Allow your mind and body to let anything from the day thus far go and anything you may have to after this practice also go.

Let's take three deep inhales and slow exhales together.

So empty any air out and big slow breath in,

Really filling the belly with air and then slowly exhale it out.

Again,

Long deep inhale,

Imagining oxygen moving into every inch and cell of the body and let it out maybe with a sigh.

Last one,

Deep breath in and exhale,

Maybe letting something go.

Beautiful.

You can let your breath fall back into its natural rhythm.

And now starting at the top of the head,

Slowly move down the body and release any tension you may be holding,

Anywhere you may be gripping or tightening.

So softening the forehead,

Relaxing the jaw,

Dropping the shoulders,

And make your way all the way down to the feet.

Good.

Now turn your focus to your breath,

Observing your breath as you breathe in and out.

You can follow the breath as it moves in and out of your nose or mouth or pay attention to your chest rising and falling,

Whatever feels best and most natural to you.

Just follow the breath on your own time.

If you find that your mind has wandered,

That's perfectly natural.

Just acknowledge that it's wandered and then let the thoughts go and gently bring your focus back to the breath.

Beautiful.

Now from this place,

Ask yourself,

What feeling do I most desire right now?

What feeling do I most desire right now?

It could be love,

Joy,

Clarity,

Comfort,

Connection.

There's no right answer.

The universe has an abundance of whatever it is you desire and you are so worthy of it.

So now go ahead and flip your palms up so that they're facing the ceiling,

Telling the universe that you're open to receiving.

And as you breathe in,

Imagine that you're breathing in whatever feeling you've chosen through your hands.

And as you exhale,

You release anything that's blocking it from you.

If no specific word or feeling came up,

Then you can just imagine that you're inhaling positivity and exhaling negativity.

Keep breathing in that word through your hands,

Visualize it slowly filling you,

Slowly filling you,

So much that it starts to expand up your arms until it's filled your entire body.

So on your own time,

Allow yourself to be filled with this feeling until you're overflowing while exhaling any resistance or blockages to that feeling.

Beautiful.

Take a moment to just relax into this feeling that you've cultivated.

Allow yourself to almost swim in it.

Beautiful.

Now repeat the following phrases after me.

I allow myself to receive love.

I allow myself to receive peace.

I allow myself to receive compassion.

I allow myself to receive acceptance.

I allow myself to receive all the universe has to offer.

Now I invite you to extend gratitude to yourself for taking the time to do this practice and show yourself love in this way.

And start to gently come back to the present moment,

Maybe wiggling the fingers and toes,

Inviting movement slowly back into the body,

And then taking as much time as you'd like whenever you feel ready.

Slowly and gently open your eyes.
