If you haven't already,

Find a comfortable position and let your eyes gently close.

Start to bring an awareness to the breath and with each breath,

Imagine relaxation sweeping over you from the top of your head down into your toes.

Each breath sends peace and calmness to your mind and body.

So really use them and keep coming back to the breath when your mind wanders.

How does it feel?

Does anywhere maybe need some extra care or attention?

Maybe your body is wanting some gentle neck rolls or stretching of the arms overhead.

Or maybe it just wants stillness.

Listen to it.

Give it whatever it needs in this moment.

Now ask yourself what is one word or phrase I would like to embody today?

Maybe it's courage,

Gratitude,

Focus.

Whatever comes to mind,

Just sit with it.

Take three deep,

Slow breaths in through the nose,

Filling the belly with air on each inhale.

Allow it to really let your intentions sink in.
