To begin with a holistic approach, I invite us to experiment with thoughts, sensations, and feelings as events. It means that these events are coming and going in our human experience. A holistic approach is a step-by-step path to self-consciousness. This practice is very useful when we want to let go, to sleep, or be more and more who we are.

Welcome to this place.

I'm very happy to share with you all the knowledge I've collected all around me.

Today I would like to contribute to a holistic meditation.

Why?

Why this meditation is holistic?

This meditation is a path to improve our intelligences,

Our possibility of imagining our possibility of feeling from our body and feeling from emotion.

I'm very happy to guide you through this meditation in which we will improve all these three steps of our mind in the way to our conscience.

Our conscience is eternal,

There's no limit.

Despite our thought,

Our feeling,

Our emotion are limited and are flexible,

Renewal,

Impermanent.

If it's okay for you,

I suggest us to close the eyes and sit down right on your own body,

On a cushion,

Or on a chair,

Or on the floor,

Or lay down just to feel the weight of your body.

Eyes closed,

I will guide you through visualization.

I invite you to imagine that you are in a place you like,

You know or you don't know this place.

It could be beach,

Mountains,

Street,

Small village,

Field,

Desert.

Your mind can drive you exactly where you want.

In this place,

We can go on,

Walk,

Look at the horizon,

It could be mountains,

Kilimanjaro,

It could be Everest,

Mont Blanc.

Whatever you are seeing,

Just let your mind do its work.

The human mind is able to imagine.

You can paint the panorama in pink,

Blue,

Green,

Yellow,

Or you can see it as it is.

You can see the sunset,

You can see the sunrise.

Your mind is free to imagine exactly what you want.

Let it be.

Let your mind improve its own intelligence.

This is a potential of human being.

We can imagine,

We can change,

We can create,

We can color as we want.

I suggest us to sit down on the space you create.

You can feel grass,

You can feel sand,

You can feel wood,

You can feel a bench,

You can feel a chair.

Whatever it is,

Just feel it.

Be fully seated down,

Sit down fully where you are.

Maybe you can feel your breath,

You can feel your skin,

The sun,

The small rain,

The wind.

Whatever it is,

Just stay in presence of what we are imagining.

You see,

We can travel without moving.

This is an event of our cognitive intelligence.

Our mind can create a panorama,

A space,

A place.

It's easy.

And we can go to this place whenever you want.

Okay,

I suggest to let go all these images.

And now,

As we continue our holistic meditation,

I will suggest us to meet our breath.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale.

Just arrive in your breath.

You don't have to change,

You don't have to move.

Just hear and feel your breath.

I will suggest us to put our hands,

Right hands,

On our right side,

Left hands,

Left hand on the left side.

And when we breathe,

Just feel how the body is moving.

Just be friend with the sensations of your body.

It's a micro sensation.

It is not gymnastic.

It's just a way to feel deeply the body we are.

We don't have a body,

We are a body.

Our history needs a body.

We are a body.

Just feel it with your two hands,

Touching your own body.

Take your time.

Inhale,

Exhale.

And authorise your full sensation.

We are fully in our body because we are our body.

And you can leave it.

Let your arms dance without touching anything and just feel the memory of the sensations.

Let your body tell you the story of itself.

It's a whisper.

Your body is whispering at your ear.

You can develop the sensation of your body by practice it.

Day by day you can stop running and just listen to your body.

I suggest you touch your hands,

Fingers by fingers.

As you cross your hands in front of your head and with eyes closed just feel.

Feel the sensation of all your fingers.

Take the time to become friend with yourself.

And when you do feel tired do not hesitate to have a rest.

And when you rest listen to the sensations.

We are a body and our body tells us stories of sensations.

Holistic meditation is a way to consider that sensations are just event.

Sensations are not permanent.

We have just seen the mind power and we are seeing the body power.

Sensations are here and sensations can go.

I invite you to the third part of our human being experience which is emotional intelligence.

I suggest you to think about a person or a pet you like,

You love.

A child,

A neighbour,

A friend,

A sister,

An husband.

A picture.

Just let your mind be in linked,

Be in link with this person or this pet you like,

You love.

You can see,

You can feel the smile on your face when you imagine these eyes.

The tenderness you all create.

You are touching your so deep tenderness thinking to this person,

Your love.

You can feel your face wide open.

Maybe you can feel your tongue or maybe your body is following your emotion.

You are reaching an emotion we can qualify as positive.

In this positive emotion just feel and see the link with your body and emotion.

It could be joy,

It could be tenderness,

It could be love,

It could be peace,

It could be harmony.

Just there,

Everything is here.

Embrace your divine sensation.

Your emotion is widely open and it creates something you can qualify as positive.

And to come back in our holistic meditation I suggest you to let it go.

And then we can imagine another situation.

You've been hurt by someone,

You have been criticised or someone on the street told you something you dislike.

An accusation,

An in,

Something you disagree.

And just let the sensation of weight your face can close step by step in itself.

And you can feel the emotion we can qualify as negative.

You dislike this atmosphere,

You dislike this judgement,

You dislike the tone of the voice.

You don't understand,

You don't want to be in face of this person.

You do feel afraid,

You do feel anger,

You do feel sadness.

Whatever it is,

Let it go.

Let it go and consider it as an event.

In holistic meditation we face what human being is.

We are able to imagine,

To visualise.

We are able to sense,

We are able to feel few sensations,

Micro-movement.

We are able to feel good emotion,

Bad emotion.

All of this stuff are events.

In holistic meditation the purpose is to feel that conscious,

Our conscience,

Is huge,

Eternal.

There is no limit of consciousness.

By practising these events,

Thoughts,

Corporal sensation,

Emotional sensation,

And let it go,

You can practise your own consciousness.

You can touch what impermanence is,

You can learn your spirit,

You can learn a wild and wild and wild space of eternal consciousness.

I'm very very happy to guide you in these fields.

And from the deepest of my heart,

To become more and more human.
