Welcome to this crown chakra journal practice.

You will need a pen and a journal and to be sitting somewhere quiet and comfortable where you won't be disturbed.

Go ahead and start making yourself comfy as we dive into this practice.

The element of Sahasrara is space.

Balance in the crown chakra brings wholeness,

Integration and attachment.

As you begin to settle down into this practice,

Bring a sense of spaciousness to your entire body.

Notice any pockets of tightness and breathe spaciousness into those areas.

Feel a sense of spaciousness in the joints.

Feel a sense of spaciousness in the muscles.

Imagine that you're floating.

Each breath the body becomes more spacious.

You're floating in feelings of calm and serenity.

This place feels blissful.

You feel whole here.

Notice how it feels to be whole.

Breathe into this sense of wholeness.

Take a few more breaths here.

Begin to reach for your journal.

Pen to paper and describe to you to feel whole.

Describe to you to feel whole.

Begin to finish the sentence that you're on as we move on to the next question.
