
Breathing To Release: Breathwork And Relaxation Practice
This KTK Alchemy meditation is designed to help you use the power of breath to release tension, trauma, and anxiety. By first entering into a state of deep relaxation, you can tune into the areas of energetic stress that require your attention. You will then enter into two strong rounds of breathing to dislodge and dissolve negative emotions and energy.

This KTK alchemy meditation is designed to help you use the power of breath to release tension,
Trauma and anxiety.
You're probably already aware of the negative impact these built-up emotions have on your mental well-being.
But left unchecked,
They can start to impact your physical and spiritual well-being too.
Some of the aches and pains and little niggles you may be experiencing in your body could be the result of the energetic impact and imprint these negative thoughts and feelings have left on you.
But don't worry,
By doing this meditation regularly,
You'll be able to release the energetic impact,
Creating a more serene environment for your mind,
Body and soul.
It's important that we first relax.
Relaxing not only allows you to tune into your body,
But also sends a signal that you are ready to let go.
You cannot let go when you're holding on so tight.
So if you haven't already done so,
Get into a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying,
Legs and feet uncrossed and slightly apart,
Hands resting loosely in your lap,
And let's begin with your breathing.
You're going to take long,
Slow,
Deep breaths,
Filling your lungs with air and then holding for a count of three.
As you slowly exhale that air,
Repeat the words in your mind,
Deeply,
Deeply,
Deeply relaxed.
So let's begin.
Breathe in,
Hold for a count of three and breathe out.
Breathe in,
Hold for a count of three and breathe out.
Breathe in,
Hold for three and breathe out.
Each time you breathe in,
It's full of calmness and relaxation.
And when you breathe out,
Feel the tension,
Anxieties and worries just melting away.
Just breathing in,
Holding for a count of three and slowly exhaling.
If any thoughts try and creep into your mind,
Just replace them with the phrase,
Deeply,
Deeply,
Deeply relaxed.
The more you breathe this way,
The more you feel your physical body begin to relax.
Starting with the eyes,
Those tiny muscles around the eyes,
Just let them relax,
Let go.
The muscles are so relaxed,
You couldn't open them if you tried.
And you don't want to try because you are so nice and relaxed.
Just breathe in and relax in.
Doesn't it feel good to know that right now,
In this moment,
Relaxing is the only thing that matters.
There's nothing to do but to relax and let go,
Relax and let go.
And enjoy the wonderful feeling that is growing and developing within you.
Relax,
Let go,
Relax,
Let go.
You're breathing and the sound of my voice just sends you deeper into relaxation.
The more you breathe and listen to my voice,
You find yourself going deeper and deeper down into this beautiful place deep inside of you.
The place that is committed to relaxing and releasing.
Just breathe in and be in.
Relaxing so much you can feel a warm sensation flowing all the way up through your toes and into your feet.
A heaviness that lets you know you are in deep relaxation.
Allow that feeling to spread over the heels and into the ankles,
Then all the way up into the lower legs.
Over the knees and into the upper legs until both the left and right leg become deeply,
Deeply,
Deeply relaxed.
Preparing your body to heal.
That heavy relaxed feeling making its way over your groin and buttocks and into your tummy area.
Breathing and being.
Muscles relaxing in the chest and the back now,
Even your shoulders.
It all just feels so warm and relaxing.
The preparation work for your healing.
It's flowing down into your arms,
Your wrists,
Your hands and fingers.
There may also be a tingly sensation there.
A tingly sensation there in the palm of your hands.
This is just your healing energy generating,
Getting ready to get to work for you.
Let that relaxation spread up into the face and let all of the facial muscles relax.
The tiny muscles around the mouth,
The nose and the eyes.
Let the forehead muscles feel smooth and soft and the cheeks feel flat and smooth and relax.
And because you are now so relaxed,
It would be a good idea to cherish this moment.
To remind yourself this level of tranquility is available to you whenever you need it.
All you need to do is breathe.
Release all of your muscles and relax.
Because you are now so relaxed and in tune with your body and your mind and your soul.
This allows you to scan your body and find the feelings and sensations that are foreign.
That don't belong in this state of serenity.
So go on now and scan your body.
You might want to imagine a torchlight running up and down your body.
Finally stopping and shedding light on the area that is causing energetic discomfort.
At this moment in time,
It's not important for you to try and analyse its why.
Just silently acknowledge its existence and your commitment to release.
Just focus your attention on the spot that is lit up and breathe.
Strong intentional breaths.
In through the nose and out through the mouth like me.
Inhale and exhale.
The more you breathe,
You notice the light starts to dim.
Keep on breathing and releasing and dimming the light.
This release is for your entire well-being.
Clearing the toxicity of trapped emotions and energy.
So breathe.
Strong deep breaths are your affirmation.
I am releasing.
I am free.
And when the light has dimmed,
You can revert to that breathing that makes you so deeply,
Deeply,
Deeply relaxed.
Breathing in,
Holding for free and releasing.
Feeling all of the molecules and cells in your body resetting.
Your energetic field settling back down.
Embracing that euphoric feeling buzzing all over your body.
Breathing and being.
Releasing and healing.
Returning your breathing to a normal rhythm now.
As the torchlight begins its search for one last time during this session.
Searching and scanning for something,
Anything that needs to be released no matter how big or small.
And when the light has stopped,
You know what to do.
Just silently acknowledge its existence and your commitment to release.
Focus your attention on the spot that is lit up and breathe.
Strong intentional breaths.
In through the nose.
Out through the mouth.
The more you breathe,
You notice the light starts to dim.
Keep on breathing and releasing and dimming the light.
Clearing the toxicity of trapped emotions and energy.
Affirming,
I am releasing.
I am free.
And when the light has dimmed,
You can return to that breathing that makes you so deeply,
Deeply,
Deeply relaxed.
Breathing in,
Holding for free and releasing.
Feeling all of the molecules and cells in your body resetting.
Your energetic field settling back down.
Embracing that euphoric feeling buzzing all over your body.
Breathing and being.
Feeling lighter.
Feeling in alignment.
Allowing your breathing to return to a natural rhythm.
Just breathing and being.
Noticing now that a bubble of light is cocooning you.
This bubble is filled with the feeling that you need the most.
Is it love?
Forgiveness?
Support?
Recognition?
Peace?
Allow this bubble to infuse every fibre of your being with this positive feeling.
Allow it to enter into every crevice,
Every cell,
Every molecule.
It is now what you breathe in and what you breathe out.
Enjoy this feeling.
