This guided practice is for anyone wishing to expand higher power consciousness - and you can interpret "higher power" any way you like. It focuses on the 11th of the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous "Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God (or a higher power) as we understood him/her, praying only for knowledge of his/her will for us and the power to carry that out."
