As someone who has had unique struggles with body dysmorphia, eating disorders, and inability to accept and love my outward appearance, I created this track for those similar to myself. I'm so excited you are here.

Today we are going to be doing Ho'oponopono and letting go of the things that keep us blocked as far as eating and self-worth and self-engagement.

So I invite you to find a place where you can relax,

Lay down or sit up straight.

Just take a moment to get comfortable and then we will begin.

I invite you to close your eyes,

Take in a long deep breath and tighten every muscle in your body for five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Release while breathing out.

Take in a long deep breath again,

Tighten everything in your body as tight as you can for five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Release,

Breathe out.

One last time.

Breathe in,

Hold your breath,

Tighten all your muscles,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Release,

Breathe out.

Allow your breath to even out and just naturally flow inward and outward.

I invite you to think of a moment in your life when you felt joy,

You felt connected and you were in wonder and awe.

Just take a moment to think about one of those moments in your life.

Once you have reached that moment,

I invite you to picture yourself there again.

The colors that you see,

The sounds that you hear,

Possibly the smell of the environment,

And also something that you can imagine that you are touching or connecting with your body to this image.

Take in a long deep breath.

Stay in this place of connection and your five senses and release your breath.

We will now start the narrow pathway of reaching.

As well as connecting to our inner child,

Our inner teen,

And to the point of life in which we are today.

So I invite you to relax,
