I honour you for taking some time because you know that investing in you,

Investing in your internal world is the greatest investment you can make.

So thank you for making this time for you.

Find a comfortable place for you to relax and put a smile on your face,

Smile from ear to ear and get ready,

Surround yourself with it.

With a sense of expectation that something really good is going to happen.

Sense of expectation that you're just around the corner from something really exciting.

When you're ready,

Go ahead,

Close your eyes.

Keep that smile on your face though,

It's good.

Today's a good day,

Today's a good day.

Despite all the challenges,

Today is still a good day.

You're going to make it an ever better day.

I want to begin by first of all getting you to take a moment and just appreciate yourself for taking this time,

For giving you this time.

Appreciate yourself and realise that you're taking time for you,

That's pretty awesome.

And appreciate you for appreciating you for something that you should all do a lot more often.

Give yourself some love right now,

Give yourself some gratitude and actually when you're at it give yourself that thing that you've been waiting to receive from others.

Be another one,

Whatever it is,

Is it love,

Is it respect,

Is it affection,

Whatever it is,

Give that to you now,

Give it to yourself,

Go ahead,

It's okay.

Is it respect?

Give yourself that respect.

Is it admiration,

Is it money,

Is it love,

Intimacy,

Is it someone saying wow,

You're really good.

Give that to you right now and bless yourself because you deserve it and feel what this deep profound form of self love does to you.

Allow yourself to feel it,

It's okay,

It's good.

Now what I want you to do,

I want you to take a deep breath in and I want you to see the breath go in through your nose and down into your heart.

Place your left palm and your right palm onto your heart.

Go ahead,

Put it on there.

Your hands are magnetic fields and your heart is the most powerful magnetic electric field.

What I want you to do,

We're going to do something called heart breathing.

It changes your biochemistry just within a couple of minutes.

It changes your hormones and it improves your immune system.

What I want you to do is I want you to breathe in but as you breathe in I really want you to focus on your heart,

Nothing else.

Maybe you need to just squeeze your chest just a little bit just to bring your full attention on your heart.

As you breathe in I want you to feel that breath,

That fresh air going into your heart now.

As you breathe out it breathes out of your heart.

It comes in down your throat into your heart,

Your chest expands,

Your heart gets filled.

Then you breathe out of your heart,

Feel it.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Heart breathing brings your mind and heart and your nervous system into coherence out of the survival mode.

Out of operating from stress hormones,

Anxiety hormones and helping you step into the creator mode that is available to you at any moment.

That is your natural state.

That is what feeling normal is.

Breathe in.

Breathe out of your heart.

Breathe into your heart.

Breathe out.

Keep going.

Keep breathing.

As you keep breathing feel grateful for your heart.

Think about it.

Think about your heart for a moment.

We give it for granted.

But it beats for you thousands of times every day for so many years.

It has had your back.

It has supported you.

It has given you life.

And it is on your chest.

It is right underneath your nose.

We give it for granted worrying about what is out there,

What we need from out there,

What we are lacking.

You are not lacking anything.

No matter what your circumstances are you are not lacking.

And your heart is the perfect example of your incredible abundance.

In a moment I want you to come back and open your eyes and continue on your day.

I want you to take a deep breath in.

I want you to feel your senses.

Feel the tip of your nose.

Feel your left big toe.

Feel your lips.

Feel your belly button.

Open your eyes when you are ready.

All the love.

All the power.

All the love.
