In this meditation, we’ll connect with the heart and, through its love and presence, gently sit with any uncomfortable emotions, memories, or sensations that arise. Together, we’ll create space to feel and release what needs to be seen, allowing a return to wholeness and self-acceptance. Hello and welcome,

This is Klea.

During this meditation we will sit with ourselves,

We will be grounded in our presence and our breath and we will be a container,

We will become a container for every part of us that needs to release uncomfortable feelings or emotions or every emotion,

Feeling,

Sensation or memory that needs to come up and needs to be released and has something to release.

I feel so honored to be here with you.

So let's dive into the meditation.

Make yourself comfortable and take a deep breath.

Take a deep breath through your nose,

Through your chest,

Through your belly and notice your belly expanding.

Notice your body relaxing into this moment and exhale slowly and another deep breath.

Notice the sensations in your body,

Noticing what sensations were present in your body but unnoticed until this moment and keep the awareness in the rhythm of your breath.

Notice any points of presence in your body,

Maybe in your feet or your hands and notice the connection between your breath and this present moment and your body as you relax into this moment.

Notice your muscles relaxing.

With each breath your muscles are relaxing more and more.

Notice the release of tension and connect with your heart,

With the beauty of your heart,

With the sense of divinity of your own essence and feel the love from your heart expanding into your whole body.

Notice what else is coming up with that love.

Do you notice pieces of grief?

Let that grief come up and be present with us.

Let that grief be accepted and welcomed.

For it was once love,

Bringing the awareness to our body and noticing what sensations are changing with the presence of grief.

Where do we feel the grief in our body?

And whatever sensations are coming up,

Give them permission to be.

They are all welcomed and accepted right here in this very moment,

In this love for every part of us,

In this love and acceptance for any sensation that we are experiencing,

For any memory and feeling that feels ready to come up.

We are welcoming through love and acceptance and presence as we choose to be present with this feeling,

With this sensation or with this memory that is coming up and if tears come up,

That's perfectly okay too.

And if tears come up,

We accept through love the tears too.

For what we have been holding,

The tension that we have been holding within is now being released through our tears.

A part of us is releasing what they were carrying and that is all welcomed and accepted and we witness with love and compassion.

It's such a difficult job to hold within,

To carry in time and for that we are grateful to that part of us for holding the tension until it was safe,

For holding within until it felt safe to release and we witness with love and compassion for all the pain that we were carrying,

For all the pain that we are feeling and that we are letting go of.

Even for the resistance,

Even for the numbness that may try to keep us safe from feelings,

Every sensation,

Every feeling,

Every part of us that feels ready to come up is now welcomed and accepted and we sit together with these feelings,

Memories or sensations that are coming up and visualize a light of love surrendering and being present with us and with every feeling,

Sensation or memory that is coming up and we sit all together with this light,

With everything that feels safe to be felt,

Witnessed and accepted in the presence of this light,

In the presence of this love and whenever you feel ready we thank each part,

Every feeling,

Sensation or memory that showed up and that was present with us today,

Bringing a message or whatever they were carrying,

We thank them,

We thank them for being present with us,

We thank them for carrying so much stuff to keep us safe and we thank ourselves for the courage it takes to sit and accept and feel the uncomfortable emotions or feelings or sensations or memories because we need to feel in order for us to let go and release and we thank the love for being present with us too,

For being within us too,

For letting us shift and change and heal and witness with compassion and love,

We need the presence of love to feel and accept and release and for the healing power of love,

Whenever you feel ready you can gently open up your beautiful eyes and slowly start moving your body,
