I'd love to go into breath and compassion for the self-meditation.
So let's begin.
Make yourself comfortable and gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath through the nose to the chest to the belly and slowly release through the mouth and another deep breath.
And notice your body relaxing with each breath.
Just observing yourself without judgment,
Letting yourself be in this moment.
Notice what feelings,
What sensations are coming up as you surrender to this moment and let them be.
Give your body permission to relax and bring your awareness to your heart,
That beautiful center of light in your chest,
In the middle of your chest.
Notice that light and if it feels challenging for you to notice,
Just imagine a beautiful light in the center of your chest,
Full of love,
Full of unconditional love and notice that love expanding into your whole body,
Into your whole being.
Notice how do you feel as you are full of this light.
What sensations you notice as your body is full of this light.
You deserve all of this love.
Let yourself receive it.
Let your body surrender to this love,
To this beautiful energy,
To this unconditional love and compassion for yourself.
You have been doing so much,
You have been holding so much.
You can release now and let this love be present with you.
The love that is coming right from your heart,
That beautiful center of creation.
Notice what feelings are coming up and let them be.
Let them be present with you,
With this love.
Notice your body surrendering a bit more to this frequency,
To this healing frequency and notice a sense of ease being present with you as you give permission to all that you are to just be in the presence of this love.
Notice the release,
Notice the relaxation,
Notice the ease that comes through presence,
Through acceptance,
Through love for thyself.
You can stay in this feeling for as long as you desire.
You can carry this feeling with you as you move through your day and whenever you are ready you can slowly open up your eyes.
As a new person,
In a new reality,
Shifted through presence and new frequencies.
