So let's begin.
Take a deep breath through your nose to your chest,
To your belly,
And slowly exhale.
Notice your body.
Notice what sensations are coming to your awareness.
Notice where thoughts are coming to your awareness,
And let them be.
Give them permission to just be,
Without trying to change them,
Without judging them.
Just observe,
And bring your awareness to your breathing.
Notice the rhythm of your breath.
Is it short and shallow,
Or are those gentle breathings or slow,
Deep breaths?
And if your breaths are short and shallow,
I invite you to breathe a bit slowly,
Low belly breaths.
And notice your body,
Bringing the awareness to your body.
Notice points of relaxation in your body,
Points of presence where your body feels relaxed.
Where do you notice those points of presence?
In the palms of your hands,
Or in your forearms and arms,
Or in your shoulders and back.
Notice if there is any point of presence and relaxation in your torso and belly,
And down to your legs and glutes,
In your knees,
Or in your shins and feet,
In the soles of your feet,
And in your fingers and toes.
Notice your body relaxing a bit more and surrendering to this beautiful present moment,
Or to this present moment a bit more.
Notice your body relaxing a bit more with each breath.
Notice your whole being surrendering to this moment a bit more.
In this very moment,
You are safe,
You are loved,
You belong.
Notice the source of energy within you,
You belong to yourself.
How beautiful is that?
How liberating is that?
Notice your energy growing more and more,
And notice your body surrendering and relaxing deeper and deeper,
Embodying more and more this state of relaxation,
This state of beauty and presence,
Bringing your awareness to your breath.
Notice the rhythm of your breath.
Notice the connection between your breath and your body,
And observe your thoughts and sensations.
How are your thoughts and sensations shifting as you dive deeper into relaxation?
And whatever comes up,
Just let it be,
Offering acceptance and compassion,
And if it feels challenging to connect to compassion,
Only acceptance is good enough,
Giving yourself permission to be just as you are in this very moment.
This is exactly what the world needs from you.
We are offering acceptance and presence to every part of ourselves,
Even to those parts that we forget,
Right now we are here for them and with them.
Notice your body relaxing a bit more as we dive into acceptance and presence,
As we welcome every aspect of ourselves.
This is the mantra for today,
Every part of me is welcomed here.
Every part of me is welcomed here,
I am learning to accept all with presence and compassion.
Every part of me,
Even the parts of me that I find challenging to love,
I am learning to love all that I am,
Bring awareness to your breathing and let yourself just be,
Fully be in this moment,
In this beautiful present moment,
And visualize a shower of light or a pure light,
Beautiful energy showering your whole body in this moment,
Just as you are,
Taking away everything that no longer serves you,
Every thought,
Every judgment you may have towards yourself,
Let this beautiful light carry it away,
Let your mind soften and ease into the presence of this beautiful energy,
And notice how you are remembering yourself,
Notice how you are connecting with your essence,
How you are becoming more of who you truly are,
As every part of you is accepted and loved a bit more and more and more in this present moment,
Right now,
And right here,
In this beautiful circle of love and connectedness,
What is the message that is coming up,
That is coming from your essence,
From your center,
From the core of who you are,
What guidance are you receiving from your inner self,
From the truth within you,
How can this guidance help you in whatever you are accomplishing or whatever you are facing during this period of your life,
How can you use this guidance in your everyday life,
We give thanks and gratitude to our nature,
To who we are,
To our essence,
For being always present with us,
Even when things are imperfect,
Even when we feel imperfect,
We are still deserving of love and presence,
And we thank the essence of who we are,
For always loving us,
And for always being present with us,
We thank our body for the wonderful work that the body is doing,
That every cell is doing to keep us safe and healthy,
We thank this present moment for holding us,
For supporting us,
We thank our future for the ways it is going to support us and welcome us in unexpected ways,
We connect with this feeling of gratitude and thankfulness,
And we let ourselves fully emerge into this feeling,
And we notice it expanding more and more from within us,
All around us,
And taking more and more space,
And blessing everything with its beautiful presence,
And expanding more and more in the whole universe,
And blessing everything with its beautiful frequency,
How beautiful is that,
How beautiful is it to be fully merged into this feeling,
Into this frequency,
Into this love and acceptance,
We release all of this good energy in the universe,
And we know that we can always connect with this frequency,
With this divine beauty,
Because it exists,
It has always existed,
And it will always exist within us,
It is the essence of who we are,
Taking some slow deep breaths,
As we bring our awareness to our physical body,
You can slowly move your hands,
Your fingers,
And your feet,
Your fingers of your feet,
And you can gently open your eyes,
Welcome to this new reality,
Shifted through this shift in energy,
