Releasing stress meditation.
Today I'm going to guide you in letting go through your breathing.
You don't have to do anything special.
Just keep breathing and just be.
And let's arrive here in this moment first.
Because maybe you're still with your thoughts somewhere else.
Maybe you're thinking about something that happened.
Or maybe about something you have to do after this meditation.
Or maybe about your never ending to do list.
Just let it all go for now.
You can come back to it after the meditation if you like.
Press pause on your thoughts for a little moment.
Now is a moment for you.
A moment to relax.
A moment to breathe and let go.
Now start by just observing your breathing.
Feel how your breath goes in and out of your body.
Try not to judge and try not to change anything for now.
Just observe and just be.
If you notice that your breathing is a little high in your chest.
Or maybe it's a little rushed.
You can place a hand or both hands on your belly.
This will help you get your breathing deeper and slower.
Just try it and keep observing without judgement.
You're here to relax,
Not to stress yourself out over your breathing.
Let go.
You're in a safe space.
You can relax now.
And now I'd like to invite you to visualize stress and tension leaving your body when you breathe out.
You can imagine this like a flow of energy or a color or words.
Everything is okay.
Do what works for you.
And when you breathe in,
You imagine relaxation entering your body.
You can visualize this as a bright color or a flow of light,
Magical sparkles or beautiful words.
Again,
Do what feels right for you.
There is no right or wrong.
So when you breathe,
You visualize breathing relaxation in.
