A sense of appreciation is a driving force for us.

It nourishes us and gives us the courage to move forward.

I am going to guide you through an exercise inspired by Towson where we will radiate our inner smile,

Sense of joy,

And appreciation throughout our body.

This practice brings you into harmony with every organ,

Your structure,

And every system in your body to promote health and longevity.

Breathe normally,

Allow your breath to find its own rhythm.

Nothing forced,

Just a relaxing breath.

Rest the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth,

Just a gentle touch that you will hold during this entire exercise.

Relaxing your facial muscles,

Bring a gentle smile to your face.

You can think of a funny moment or of someone you love and allow your face to express that joyous moment.

A gentle smile that makes you feel good inside.

With your tongue on the roof of your mouth,

Bring your attention to your eyes.

Where you bring your attention,

Energy flows.

Feel the warmth of this energy flow in your eyes.

And smile in your eyes as it allows for an even deeper relaxation.

Your eyes tire with so much screen time and right now we are sending our eyes appreciation and warmth to reenergize.

Going deeper to the center of your brain.

Home to your penile,

Pituitary,

Thalamus and hypothalamus glands.

This powerful place is sometimes referred to as the crystal palace.

Smiling energy and smiling to your master glands that control your nervous system,

Your endocrine system and so much more.

Find lightness and joy in the center of your head now.

Following that energy down,

Bring your attention to your spine.

Smiling at your spine.

Bringing flexibility,

Warmth,

Lubrication and hydration to your spine now.

Think of a moment in your life where you felt good.

And infuse that joy through your inner smile along your spine.

Bring your attention to your lungs.

Feel your lungs expand with joy as you smile at them.

Smiling for deeper,

More oxygenated breaths.

Radiate your smile at your lungs as they transport oxygen to every cell in your body.

Going inward now to your heart.

And see your inner smile embrace your heart.

Feeling gratitude for your heart that beats constantly without rest for you.

Your heart circulates blood through your entire body,

But also life force energy.

Follow this energy flow through your heart,

Through every part of your body,

And back into your heart.

Let this flow with your inner smile.

Your liver is the most important part of your body.

Your liver is the most important organ.

And its function influences your circulation,

Digestion,

Endocrine system.

Your liver filters,

Transforms,

Stores,

And today we are going to nourish it with your inner smile.

Let it fall for the so many roles.

Your liver plays to keep you healthy.

Going inward to your kidneys and spreading that inner smile onto your kidneys.

Your kidneys filter your blood and remove wastes and extra water to make urine.

Your kidneys also maintain a healthy balance of water,

Salts,

And minerals in your blood.

Feel joy and gratitude towards your kidneys for finding the right balance for you.

Bring your inner smile to your digestive system that breaks down the food you eat into nutrients to be used as fuel for the body.

Infuse your sense of appreciation to your gut flora that play such an important role in nutrient absorption.

Dealing your digestive track with warmth and love.

Bring your attention to your pelvic bone and your sacrum.

This is the foundation of your entire structure.

And your balance.

It is also home of your Kundalini energy.

Bathing your sacrum with light to increase flow,

Movement,

And flexibility.

Shine your smile on your pelvic cradle that allows you to walk upright,

Stand,

Sit,

Or bend without falling over.

Place your hands over your belly button.

Take a few deep breaths now and observe the energy flow in your body.

Feel the sense of deep relaxation.

With a gentle smile on your face that makes you feel so good inside.

Feel the joy and appreciation you have towards your body and all the roles it plays to keep you healthy and strong.

Stay in this energy for as long as possible.

Namaste.
