Kinga is a trauma-informed Transformative Meditation Creator who began her journey with meditation over 30 years ago, at the age of 13. Through years of practice, she has experienced deep healing, personal growth, and the power of embodied transformation. Her meditations blend neurofeedback-inspired guidance, somatic awareness, and emotion-generating visualizations to support nervous system regulation, healing, self-discovery, inner rewiring, and expanded possibility. Kinga is a Certified Emotional Processing & Nervous System Regulation Practitioner, a Certified Spinal Flow Technique, Access Bars and BBTRS (Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System) Practitioner. Thanks for sharing, reactivity has been a huge problem for me and I’m determined to change it and ban it for good, I don’t like it and at times it has consumed me. And when that happens I feel defeated. But not anymore, more work to be done and I will distance myself and with this course I will find other ways to become the calm person, that I know I am. 🙏

I'm new to meditating with headphones. I typically sit in silence and let the sounds around me just pass by. I really liked this meditation-I felt like I was in a little cocoon. Will do this one again and explore your others. Namaste.
