I welcome you to this meditation dedicated to releasing and preventing burnout.

Allow yourself,

Just have an attitude of nonchalance as you suspend your belief of what this needs to be,

Who you need to be,

And just connect as you get comfortable settling in as if you're going to watch a good movie.

This is your time,

Your time to heal and become whole.

And in this meditation,

We declare and release burnout by letting go of old beliefs that no longer serve.

As you take a few deep breaths,

Allowing those breaths to go down to your belly,

Slowly,

Deliberately inhaling in and out,

And as you inhale in,

Hold that breath at the top.

On the exhale,

Release the stress and the tension from your body.

And do that again.

Inhale in,

Hold it.

Exhale releasing the stress,

Releasing the tension from your body.

Let it go,

Let it loose.

Very good.

And one more time.

Hold it.

Release and you can let it all go.

Release it,

Let it go,

Let it loose.

Sinking into the surface underneath you as you go deeper,

Deeper into yourself,

Allowing your nervous system to sleep and just rest.

All the work is done.

There's nothing to do,

Just be.

You're burning out because you're not proud of yourself yet.

You think there's more to do.

Just remind yourself,

Everything is happening for me.

Just remind yourself,

All the work is done.

Just remind yourself,

Everything I need is inside of me already.

I am credible,

Knowledgeable.

I am confident.

I am ready,

Ready to receive.

And every day,

In every way,

I bring more prosperity my way.

I am comfortable receiving.

I give and I receive.

And I don't have to give in order to receive.

And I don't have to receive in order to give.

I let go of the notion of having to deserve something.

I was born deserving.

There is nothing to do,

Just be.

Any action I choose to take is a choice.

The choice I make in joy.

I am pulled towards my calling.

I am led.

Each moment I awaken and I receive.

And just as I receive breath in my lungs,

I receive everything I desire.

And I know that it is okay to desire.

It is okay to desire.

I release the need to push.

I release the need to fight.

I release the need to beg.

Release the need to work hard.

Place it with heart work.

The work from my heart.

I release the need to struggle.

I am free,

Free to be me.

Free to receive,

Free to receive.

Push things away from me and self-sabotage.

I trust myself.

I trust myself.

Trust.

And in this moment I imagine.

I imagine the ease.

I imagine the ease in my life.

I have a vision to go along with that ease.

And whatever comes up,

Just trust your brain.

Embrace ease.

I celebrate each milestone.

Even baby steps count.

Letting go of that which no longer serves me.

And embracing that which is for my best and highest good.

I expand it in my life.

It is mine to live.

Be with it.

And now just find the feeling of ease.

Find it in your body wherever it lies.

It's there.

Just tap into it.

Feeling of ease to expand in your body.

But to expand to every nerve ending.

Your bloodstream.

Every cell in your body.

Allow it to expand.

Every nerve ending.

Every cell.

Or your bloodstream.

And your breath.

Just feel that ease.

Get familiar with it.

Know what it feels like.

Be with it.

And allow yourself to create a mantra around this ease.

Something only you know is just for you.

Whatever comes up trust your brain and say it now.

And every time you repeat this statement,

You release the burnout.

You prevent.

You won't even remember what burnout is.

Just repeat your mantra.

As you expand this feeling of ease,

And you attach it to your mantra,

You just take this through your subconscious brain,

To your conscious brain,

Through your whole entire body.

And you can let it permeate through every cell of your body this mantra,

This feeling.

It is yours.

Connect with this mantra,

This feeling.

Every day,

In every way.

Embrace your version of success.

It is yours.

And when you believe it,

You will soon see it.

A deep relaxing and slow paced guidance that was great for some much needed self care. The statement early on about working harder because I am not proud of myself yet especially resonated with me, as well as the statements around feeling deserving of my desires. The practice promoted gentle reflection and making space. The background music was calming. I also loved the part about creating our own mantra that we can return to. Overall, this was an excellent meditation for the healing journey of recovering from burnout.
