If you've meditated with me before,
You know I want you to do your ABCs right now.
Have an attitude of nonchalance.
Suspend your beliefs.
And get comfortable so you can connect.
Having an attitude of nonchalance just means you're not trying to force anything to happen.
You're just going to allow it to happen.
And as you suspend your beliefs,
You're just letting go,
Letting loose.
And releasing what it might have been,
Could have been.
And then get comfortable.
Really comfortable.
Just go ahead and sink into the surface underneath you.
And maybe you'll hear sounds around you,
Sounds around me.
Of course,
You'll hear the sound of my voice.
But just let each one bring you more calm,
More peaceful,
And more relaxed.
So you can connect.
Connect with yourself.
And if you like,
Right now you can close your eyes.
And if you did with your eyes closed,
Just notice your breath.
Breathing normally and naturally.
Noticing your breath.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
And as you allow your breath to slow down,
Because you are in complete control.
And it doesn't matter what's happening around you.
The only thing that matters is what's happening inside of you.
And let every sound around you bring you more calm,
More peaceful,
More relaxed.
You're doing so well already.

Sinking into the surface underneath you.
Feeling more comfortable as you go down,
Down,
And even further down into your subconscious brain.
Allowing your brain to just wander.
Wander.
Imagine.
You're not seeking any answers.
They're just coming to you.
You're open.
Receptive.
Prepared.
Breathing deeper.
You're sending that air down to your belly.
Expanding your belly.
Pushing back on that vagus nerve.
And as you release that air,
Each exhale brings you more calm,
More peaceful,
More relaxed.
As you sink deeper.
Deeper meaning deeper into yourself.
Sinking deeper.
Sinking meaning sinking with yourself.
Aligning.
Connecting.
Being.
Very good.
Just take your time.

Breathe.
And your heart rate slows down.
As you let go.
Let loose.
And receive the answers as they come to you.
And just ask yourself.
What is my idea of prosperity?
Just go ahead and imagine it.
See it.
And if you don't see it,
Just sense it.
Be with it.

As you just allow the answers to come to you.
Asking yourself.
What is my idea of wealthy?
Maybe it's a number.
Maybe it's a material thing.
Could be a feeling.
Just imagine it.
See it.
Or sense it.
Be with it.

What is my idea of prosperity?
What is my idea of wealthy?
And what is my idea of healthy?
When do I feel at my best?
Vitality.
Performance.
Could be a word.
Whatever it is,
It's yours.
See it.
Sense it.
Be with it.

As you let your mind wander,
Really go there now.
Go there into your childlike heart.
Let your inner child ask you this question.
What is my idea of adventure?
Allow yourself to play.
Celebrate.
Have fun.
Let go.
Explore.
See it.
Sense it.
Be with it.
What is my idea of adventure?
And it feels so good.
And just ask yourself.
Really go there.
Breathe.
Send that air to your heart as you ask yourself.
What is my idea of love?
Love in every aspect.
You deserve it.
Desire it.
Attract it into your life.
There is a physiological need and it is okay to love and be loved.
You are lovable.
Just see or sense your idea of love.
Just be with it.
Let it unfold.
Just see it.
Sense it.
Feel it.
What is my idea of love?
Be with it.
Feel it right now.
Get familiar with that feeling.
It's yours.
And now ask yourself.
What is my idea of legacy?
Just let your mind wonder what is that idea.
Maybe it's a word.
Feeling.
An accomplishment.
Whatever it is,
Just be with it.
Explore it.
Allow it into your life as you create your idea of prosperity.
Wealth.
Health.
Adventure.
Love.
And legacy.
And just say to yourself.
How do I want to be described when I leave the room?
How do I want to be described when I leave the room?
Just think of those two or three words that best describe you.
Your true authentic self.
When they really get to meet you.
What do they say about you?
Just be with her.
Just be with him.
Just be with them right now.
Just say to yourself.

Just feel that gratitude.
