So right now you could hear some background noise.
That is my sound machine that is keeping me grounded and I'm hoping that is keeping you grounded as well.
Allow that sound to take you deeper and deeper into yourself.
Just connect with that sound and if you can't hear it that's okay to listen to the sounds around you.
Each sound you hear will bring you more calm,
More peaceful,
And more relaxed.
Including the sound of my voice.
Now it's up to you if you want to have your eyes open or closed when we start this.
Whichever one you choose is perfectly fine.
I like to start with my eyes closed as I connect with the sounds around me.

As you focus on the sound of my voice maybe you feel yourself getting heavier or lighter.
Maybe you're sinking into the surface underneath you or you could be floating.
Whatever you feel is right.
Just trust.
And breathe.
In through your nose,
A deep,
Slow breath.
Out through your mouth,
Slowly.
In through your nose,
Slowly.
Out through your mouth,
Slowly again.
In through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
This time I want you to breathe in even slower.
Take a deep breath.
Allow those shoulders to relax.
Slowly breathe out and release all of that old air.
There you go.
Let's do that one more time.
Breathing out slowly,
All of that old air.
And you can let go of the tension,
The stress,
The pressure.
Your mission,
Your meaning,
Your purpose is coming to you.
You're attracting it into your life.
And as we breathe together,
We support each other in fulfilling our mission.
There's really nothing to do,
Just be.
And as you focus on pouring into yourself,
You slowly become more synced with yourself.
As you pour into yourself,
You slowly become more synced with yourself.

Feel the feeling of gratitude.
And if you can tap into the honor,
Even without knowing your mission,
Maybe you have a slight idea,

Just feel the honor that you get to fulfill this mission.
You are the chosen one.
And the more honored you feel,
The more your mission is revealed to you.

Honor,
Feeling of gratitude,

Everything you need you have inside of you already.
Just have to let it out.
As you release your mission,
By tapping into your heart and your gut,

Taking those slow deep breaths in.

And as you take that slow deep breath in,
You're expanding your belly.

You push back on your vagus nerve and you connect your heart,

And every time you connect your head,

You become more clear,
More focused,
More connected to your belief.
Knowing.
Accepting.
Receiving.
And just say thank you.

This feeling of gratitude ignites your enthusiasm.
As you tap into your why power,
And whether you know what it is or not,
It's there.
And you just first have to believe that it's there.

Feel the honor.

A service that only you can do,
That nobody does quite the way you do.
Feel that pride,
The sense of accomplishment.
It is yours.

Pushing back on your vagus nerve by expanding your belly.
