Let us first release any tension in your body,

Sending your energy down to your toes,
All the way down to your feet.
Starting with your feet will release any tension in your body.
Relaxing your feet and your toes,
Flexing them and releasing.
Now scrunching,

Scrunching your toes all the way up and release.
And with every release,
You'll release the tension in that part of your body.
And just release your ankles by rolling your ankles,
Roll your ankles around.
And moving up to your calves.
We'll release the tension in your calves by pointing your toes and tightening your calves,
Tighter,
Tighter,
Tighter and release.
Moving up your knees,
Your thighs,
Your hamstrings,
Pulling them tight,

Pulling them all the way in,

And now we'll focus on your hips,
