There are many things keeping you up at night, but there is only one reason why you can't sleep. Let's explore that one reason and clear it so that you can sleep deeper and awaken with a sense of clarity. You can do this meditation before bed if you awaken in the middle of the night, or in the morning as soon as you awaken so that you are always at peace.

There are many things keeping you up at night,

But there's only one reason why you can't sleep.

You don't feel safe.

I understand you and you are beginning to sink into the surface underneath you,

Finding your comfortable position.

And if you need to adjust any time during this meditation,

Give yourself permission to adjust.

As you release anything that is holding you back from sleeping peacefully.

And as the thoughts come up,

Just release them.

Allow yourself to have an attitude of nonchalance,

That you don't care,

That you don't worry.

It is all happening for you,

Through you,

With you.

You take complete control over all things that you have control.

And you release that which no longer serves you and that which you do not control.

And as you relax your mind and suspend the belief that you control everything,

As you get clarity,

Just imagine,

Sense yourself putting these things in two separate.

One side are the things you control,

On the other side are the things you do not control.

And as the thoughts come up,

Just gently place it on one side or the other.

If you have no control,

Put it in that box.

If you have control,

Put it in the other.

And declare,

Dedicate yourself to taking full control.

Trust yourself.

The things keeping you up at night,

To the feeling of not feeling safe.

So ask yourself,

What'd it take for me to feel safe?

And just listen.

What'd it take to feel safe?

And what else?

Anything else?

Right now,

In this moment,

Just imagining.

Imagine those things are happening.

Whatever you said to yourself,

See it,

Sense it,

Be with it.

I'm going to be quiet and just imagine.

Imagine yourself doing those things,

Being those things,

Having those things,

Feeling safe.

Imagine it now,

Be with it.

As the thoughts come up,

Just separate them into piles.

Things you control,

Things you don't control.

And everything in the pile that you don't control,

Just assign that pile to the universe.

You can put it in a box and label it.

You can put a blanket over it,

Cover it.

You can make a phone call.

Let it be picked up that your focus is on the things you control.

And focus your attention,

Asking the universe for discernment.

Receive it.

Ask for confidence.

Receive it.

Ask for courage.

Receive it.

Ask for strength.

Receive it.

Ask for direction.

Receive it.

Now everything you need,

You have inside of you.

And you can declare,

I'm safe.

I am at peace.

I'm safe.

I am at peace.

I'm safe.

I am safe.

I am at peace.

And as your meditation concludes,

Just be and say to yourself,

I am free to be me.

I am free to be me.

I am free to be me.
