Welcome to the Daily Insight.
It is my honor to journey with you today as we isolate confidence.
I am G'Nae Corder,
Bestselling author,
International speaker,
And hypnotherapist specializing in financial therapy.
For today's practice,
We will explore how to isolate confidence.
Isolation is something we all feel at one time or another,
And isolation can both build up or break down confidence.
If we allow our subconscious brains to control our confidence,
We are at the mercy of our emotions.
So let's give our subconscious brain the guidance it needs to isolate confidence.
Find your favorite meditative position.
Go there now.
As you begin to get comfortable,
Connect with your breath.
Beginning to take a longer inhale and a longer exhale.
Each breath,
Slower and deeper,
Slower and deeper.
Connect with your breath.
Connect with the sounds around you.
Each sound bringing you more calm,
More peaceful,
More meditative.
More meditative.
As you slow down your breath,
One more time,
Taking a long inhale and an even longer exhale.
Go ahead and allow,
Allow your breath to just become natural now.
Nothing to do.
Nothing to do.
Just be.
Be confident.
Now in this slightly meditative state,
Begin to imagine yourself confident.
Imagine yourself with your head tilted up,
Shoulders back,
Pelvis tilted,
Chest out,
Feet apart,
Arms to your side.
This is your confidence dance,
Your confident position.
And you can return here anytime you want to by just remembering this meditation and standing in your confident position.
And you'll go quickly,
Calmly to confidence.
As we journey together,
Imagine yourself in a crowd.
If you can't imagine,
Just see or sense.
Sense the crowd.
The crowd has familiar and unfamiliar faces.
And maybe this crowd causes some fear,
Some anxiety inside of you.
Allow yourself to feel the fear,
Feel the anxiety because your subconscious brain could transform,
Transmute that energy.
And you feel the anxiety.
You know what that feels like.
Anxiety is not bad unless it's misplaced.
So let's place the anxiety where it needs to go.
Where it needs to go.
Use that fear,
Use that anxiety to feel more confident.
Well,
Allow your subconscious brain to shift that anxiety to excitement.
And as your subconscious brain shifts to excitement,
Just remember what it felt like the very first time you received a gift.
A gift you wanted so badly.
That excitement.
Enjoy and transform that excitement to courage.
The courage you feel when you're gonna stand up for someone or something that you believe in.
Feel that courage.
Move that courage you feel into confidence.
You are confident.
Isolate that confidence inside of you and bring it up,
Up,
Up,
Even more.
And you see the crowd.
They're still there.
But it doesn't matter.
You're not judging them.
They're not judging you.
You're confident enough to connect.
You connect with each face,
The familiar ones and the unfamiliar ones.
Connecting one to the other.
The familiar ones connecting one by one.
And you're there to do your work.
The work that only you,
Only your confident self can do.
So you collaborate.
Collaborate with the crowd.
As you move through your excitement,
Your excitement became courage.
Your courage is your confidence.
And the more confidence you have,
The less courage you need.
And now imagine,
See or sense,
The crowd begins to fade.
Just leave,
Just fade.
Smaller,
Smaller crowd until it's just you.
And you're there.
You're there.
And maybe being by yourself causes you to feel some fear,
Some anxiety.
You can transform that fear,
That anxiety into excitement.
Transform that excitement into courage.
Transform that courage into confidence.
You are confident even when you're by yourself.
Take the time while you're by yourself to do your inner work.
You've done the work in the world.
Now do the work inside yourself.
Connect internally.
Do your solo work.
And thank you.
Thank you for doing your work.
I am thankful.
I am grateful.
I am grateful.
And so it is.
It is so.
