This guided meditation has been adapted from an ancient Tantric tradition that can be very profound and healing when used regularly. Welcome into the woods.

Today we're going to learn a very simple energy technique of drawing energy up into the body from the earth and then allowing it to spread down through our organs,

Through the parts of our body that need regeneration,

Healing,

Balancing.

It's a very powerful exercise that comes from an ancient tantric tradition.

In my experience,

It can cause quite profound shifts when practiced regularly.

The idea is that I teach this to you in this video and it's something that you can either return to in the video or just take into your own practice.

You can also do it lying down in bed,

But I find sitting the most efficient way to really feel the energy cycle and circle.

Finding a comfortable seated position,

Just allow your sit bones to wiggle into the floor space.

If you find it difficult to sit in cross-legged,

Do put some cushions underneath your hips.

Find somewhere seated where your spine can be long.

Just visualize that your head could stack effortlessly over your shoulders and your shoulders are carried by that long,

Strong,

Balanced spine,

Which sits down and connects into your hips and your pelvis.

Let the arms relax heavy and soft.

Release any energy through the hands and breathing and softening the connection of your lower limbs,

Your legs down into the earth.

Taking a breath in and then a soft,

Gentle exhale,

Just soften slightly into your back body.

So lean just an inch or two into your spine and see if this brings you into a more aligned central space.

From here,

If you haven't already,

We close down the eyes and begin to breathe.

Tuning into how the breath naturally feels.

Tuning into how the breath is naturally moving into your body,

Noticing any points of constriction,

Of tightness.

Allowing the quality of your breath to be as gentle as a feather,

As soft as an animal's fur.

This quality of delicateness is how we move into the subtle energy body.

Once you feel you've reached that subtle space,

Open a portal of energy from your tailbone,

Down like a root into the earth.

You might visualize that root as a red cord,

Moving down.

Taking that root system down through the layers of soil,

Nutrients,

And mycelium networks that communicate the trees' nutrients to each other and feed it back into Mother Gaia,

Carrying it to where it needs to go.

As you journey down,

Down,

Down,

Connect into that energy source.

And with your inhale,

Visualize that you could breathe up through that root,

Breathing it up into your tailbone,

Taking it into the inside of your spinal column,

All the way up towards your hara,

Past the different energy centers of your body,

Past the heart space.

And once it gets to the heart space,

You can exhale and soften it down and through your body like a showering golden light,

Streaming and moving to those vital organs,

A mystery of our reproductive space,

Filling and washing these areas with cleansing,

Vital earth energy.

We just repeat this in your own time as you inhale in.

You're drawing that energy up into the body,

Through the spine,

Past the heart.

As you exhale,

It softens and releases and spreads like liquid gold into the places that need harmony.

We send it to the ovaries,

To the fallopian tubes.

We pour it into the precious center of our womb space.

We drop it down through our cervix,

Our vaginal canal,

Allowing it to spread through our whole genital system.

As we breathe through this loop,

The loop becomes never-ending.

So even as you inhale,

The shower of light,

Of golden blissful space is still moving through you.

And as you exhale,

There's also the energy being pulled up.

So you begin to create this cycle of abundance,

This delicate,

Gentle breath,

Nurturing the precious parts of our divine feminine which need our support.

This light spreads into these areas,

It removes all blocks,

All holding,

All resistance,

Any shadowy sides.

It just washes them gently clean with light,

Renewing,

Healing,

Regenerating,

Blissful light.

Taking a few more of these breaths,

Following the imagery,

Feeling it within your body,

Taking your own time to connect to your precious body.

You may start to feel Shakti energy rising through your spine,

Your sexual energy activated through your genitals.

Whatever physical experiences begin to be embodied,

Just welcome them.

If you're having difficulty connecting to the feeling sense in the body,

Just know as we practice,

We repeat these exercises,

Our mind-body connection becomes stronger and the neuro-pathways that let us know how our body is feeling open up and become reconnected.

Taking three more breaths of this exploration in your own time and space.

When you're ready,

Simply bringing your hands to your womb space,

Just seeing the potency and the power that you've awoken there,

Feeling into this sacred container.

Taking your hands up to the heart space,

Take a breath in.

Exhale out through the mouth.

Bow your head down to your heart.

Open your eyes and look down at your precious body.

Smile into yourself.

Returning back to center when you're ready.
