My freestyle I Awake Today I'm growing and enjoying you you Hello family and welcome back to this episode by Kind at Heart on Insight Timer.
Today we are sat amongst nature you may be able to hear the birds sing in the background allowing ourselves to return to nature.
Nature is an incredible teacher that offers us so much insight and wisdom.
It allows us to return back to the presence and the remembrance of our connection towards nature and being within nature allows us to recharge and to let go of so much that we are holding on to.
So whether you are sat outside in nature yourself or inside in a nice quiet space taking this moment taking this time for yourself tuning in to the subtle sounds in the background of the birds,
The wind,
The leaves rustling.
Slowly allowing yourself to come back in this moment connecting to your breath as you inhale and exhale allowing the breath as you inhale and exhale to become a bridge between the external and the internal and as we deepen the breath with every inhale and exhale we will continue to slowly turn our attention inwardly gently closing our eyes bringing our hands together in an open palm and as we take another inhale and exhale slowly releasing any tension you may feel in the breath in the body allowing your shoulders to relax and rest gently allowing your jaw to rest and relax gently allowing your eyes and forehead to relax and as you hear different sounds in the background from this meditation simply allow yourself to listen without labelling or judging or suppressing but allow the sounds and the noises to simply be there alongside you and your breath and your observation and as we are slowly stepping into this meditation we are simply going to allow ourselves to pause in this moment and cultivate an inner silence within ourselves and to cultivate this inner silence we simply do not have to do anything but be here allowing ourselves to breathe normally gently organically and as thoughts make an appearance arising and falling simply observe them as they arise and as they fall without any type of attachment without any type of labelling but simply watch as you would watch a bird in the sky as you would watch a sunset completely immersed in the world beloved how do you feel in this moment?
How does your breath feel?
How does your body feel?
Does it feel soft and gentle?
Does it feel heavy or anxious?
Simply observe how you are feeling in this moment and allow yourself to go deeper and deeper into presence into silence and into union with this moment and whatever is showing up for you in this moment simply allow it to be there welcome whatever is arising being a friend and holding whatever is arising with loving kindness and as we cultivate in this presence we are also cultivating an organic natural flow of open love for ourselves for our being for all other beings for the earth and for the self going deeper into this love and allowing this love to permeate your whole being and allowing yourself to marinate within this love that is flowing from this presence and open space this open sky space that is ever present amongst the movement amongst the chaos of the world how does it feel to soften and open your heart like an open palm?
How does it feel to let this open love permeate your being and permeate all other living beings and to give this open unconditional love as an offering to your brothers and sisters to the animal kingdom to the earth so And as we gently open our eyes and be in this moment afresh,
Feeling more spacious and open,
More gentle,
More loving.
Take this space,
This presence with you throughout your day.
Allow this space to be an offering to others.
Our personal meditation practice,
Our personal practices are not just for ourselves,
But also benefit others outside of ourselves.
Because when we can step back into presence and peace and love and kindness and compassion,
That energy permeates and trickles on.
As an offering,
Thank you for joining me for this loving kindness meditation in nature.
Thank you for being a part of the Kinda Art community and as always sending you so much love,
So many blessings.

Thank you.
