Welcome to this grounding meditation.
I am Kim Shepherd I'd like you to get into a comfortable position whether you'd like to choose to sit down or lay down Just ensuring that your body is as comfortable as possible connecting in with your breath slowly inhaling in through your nose and Slowly exhaling out your mouth as you connect in with your breath closing your eyes Drawing the focus of your eyes up to your third eye up between the eyebrows and just allowing them to rest in this position making sure that you're not holding any tension through your jaw or your lips and Allowing your face to release all expression Allowing your breath to naturally settle and I'd like you to imagine a red bubble of light around your entire body visualizing this beautiful gentle protective bubble Completely surrounding your body from head to toe Above and below and just taking a moment to connect in with how your body is feeling If you've been feeling the busyness of your day If you're feeling anxious or angry or exhausted Having the awareness of what your body is communicating to you in this moment about how you are feeling and Taking a moment to appreciate yourself for allowing yourself this time to relax to rest and to ground your energy Connecting in with how you're feeling through your base chakra as we bring your awareness down to the bottom of your abdomen and Being mindful of any physical symptoms that have been presenting within this area of your body Being mindful of how everything is physically functioning If your body is allowing everything to evacuate daily if you have any issues with your reproductive organs Any discomfort through your lower back being mindful of how your hips are feeling and then take that awareness down your thighs to your knees and then further on down your legs all the way down to your feet and Then being mindful of how your body feels in this moment Even in this brief time.
Have you been able to let go of?
Tension in your body Have you been able to let go of tension in your mind?
Taking a nice deep slow breath in through your nose and And exhaling out your mouth Taking a moment to honor yourself for allowing yourself to rest For allowing yourself to pause and to refuel to fill your cup back up May the rest of your day carry this piece And may you remember to connect with your breath and to pause whenever your body is guiding you to do so Namaste
