So close your eyes and take a slow,

Deep breath in now.

And as you exhale,

Relax your body completely onto the chair,

Sofa,

Bed,

Wherever you're sitting now,

Or when you repeat this meditation.

Let go of any tightness,

Any heaviness,

Completely.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in again.

And as you exhale,

Loosen up your shoulders,

Letting go of any restriction,

Burden,

Heaviness that you might be feeling.

Take a gentle breath in again.

And as you exhale,

Relax the muscles around your forehead,

Your cheeks,

Your chin.

I will now count you back from 10 to one.

And as I count you backwards,

I'd like you to imagine that you're walking down a flight of stairs,

10,

Nine,

Eight,

Deeper and deeper,

Seven,

Six,

Five,

Deeper and deeper,

Four,

Three,

Two,

And one.

I'd like you to imagine that you have come into the most beautiful museum.

It's got this amazing art from all over the world,

Exquisite art,

Antique art,

Art that takes only a specific eye to understand.

And as you keep walking around the museum,

You notice how people are so drawn to certain pieces of art.

Some art is just paintings.

Some art is portraits.

Some art is made of certain fabrics.

And then you see that there's this one beautiful piece of artwork,

Which has a person,

You're not able to see whether it's male or female,

But has a person sitting down with their hands in their head,

Their head in their hands,

Bent over and their place in a glass box.

You go closer to this particular artwork and it's truly a piece of art.

You look at the person,

The image,

The art piece inside,

You notice it's a man.

And on his face,

There's this gold in color representing his brilliance.

But that color is hidden behind his palms because he's covering his face with stress,

With anxiety,

With uncertainty,

With the need for validation.

You look at his back and it's so strong because he's carrying the responsibilities of being a man,

Being a husband,

Being a son,

Being a brother,

Being a father,

Being a good man in the world,

Holding a reputation.

All of that invisible burden,

Responsibility has made his back so hard like stone.

Then you notice his arms.

You can see the muscles.

You can see the scars of all the pain that he's taken to build himself.

And then you have a little gleam at his heart.

You have a little look at his throat chakra.

And you notice that there are so many places in the heart and throat that he has not healed,

That he has not expressed because of the burden on his back.

You notice his stomach area,

But you see this big layer of information where he has suppressed everything in his life.

You see his legs and the strength in them to get up every day and go and make a living for his family.

You stand over there and somehow realize that this piece of art is incomplete.

Something is wrong in it.

You notice how in your body,

Your higher self,

Your consciousness and you cannot take that representation any longer.

The representation of being limited,

The representation of being kept in a box.

You go to the side of the museum and you see the emergency area where there's a hammer to break open the fire extinguisher.

You grab the hammer and you come running to that art piece.

And begin to break the glass around it.

You hit it at the top and it shatters.

You hit it at the side and it shatters.

You hit the bottom and it just completely shatters into the smallest ever pieces.

And that's the moment where this man that looked like a sculptor begins to stand up.

He stands up so tall,

His shoulders strapped backwards,

Straight,

Sharp,

Neck nice and firm,

His chin up.

All the weight,

Invisible weight on his back just falls off and you hear a thud sound.

The weight around his belly with all that information again falls off.

His heart chakra opens up and begins to shine this beautiful pink and green light.

His arms where there were all the scars of life begin to heal in that same light coming from his heart.

And his legs just grow into this beautiful sturdiness like a tree.

And as he stands up with that glass broken,

You notice how he opens his arms and says,

I am worthy of every dream,

Of every abundance,

Of every piece,

Of a deep good night's sleep,

Of respect and of love.

I am worthy.

And you notice how everybody in the museum comes thinking that you broke the glass,

But that was the purpose of that art piece,

To be broken.

And because you broke it,

That art piece now is devoted to you.

It is devoted to your growth,

Your abundance,

Your stepping into your power.

I'd like you now to set this intention in your mind or aloud.

My intention is that from today,

This moment onwards,

I do not allow any ceiling,

Any glass ceiling,

Any cover,

Any layer on me that limits my infinite capacity.

I stand in the power of my higher self to achieve my worldly goals,

Achieve my spiritual goals,

Achieve my relationship goals,

And to add the energy of love,

Exuberance,

Luxury,

Abundance into the world.

This or something better only.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you turn around,

You notice that that sculptor now stands tall with his hands held in the sky.

And you see this beautiful golden light coming straight from the sky into his palms,

Running through his body,

Going down his feet into the earth.

And that is a position that he,

That sculptor now forms into a proper image.

The power of being connected to the universe,

To the earth in your higher self.

Take a deep breath in.

And once again,

Let's set the intention.

And here I'll give you the time to choose what you wrote down.

That my intention is to receive,

To ask for all the things that I want in a relationship,

In love,

In my health,

In my work,

In my abundance,

In my family,

Simply because I remember I deserve it.

And I am open to the guidance to do whatever it takes to change my habits,

My patterns,

My perception,

And embody the teachings of my higher self.

All of this with ease and grace only.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

I'd like you to begin to walk back from that museum with a small little miniature of this statue,

Reminding you that you are the power of your higher self.

And because of that,

You can achieve anything you choose because you deserve it and you're capable of it.

And that is the capacity of your being.

Begin to walk back from the museum,

Up the stairs,

Into your room,

Onto your bed,

Sofa,

Chair.

And whenever you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

As a man who has felt the pressures listed, this meditation feels healing and worth doing for those 4 days based in the description. Thank you for making this and taking some time to love the men who feel overlooked, pressured and cast aside.

I have to be honest. Wasn't expecting it but I really like the meditation. I just wish wasn't so rushed though. Thanks.
