
Surrender, Flow, Repeat - Inner Peace - Sleep Meditation
"The obstacle is the path" but it helps when we learn to surrender (find a place of inner acceptance) and flow invariably towards another obstacle; hence, the repeat! But practice makes perfect, or good enough. Surrender here is not meant in the sense of "giving up", but rather making peace with what is and adjusting/adapting to reality. Learning to surrender helps develop resilience, creativity, strength, perseverance, open-mindedness, and overall trust in your own innate wisdom.

Please take a moment and make yourself comfortable.

And your arms resting at your sides.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you breathe out,
Close your eyes and begin to relax.

As you take this time before drifting into sleep.

You can allow your body to let go and feel the ease of being.

Aware of sinking more heavily into your bed.

As you drift into a deep and restorative sleep.

Let go of thinking.

You know that there is absolutely nothing for you to do.

Aware of the sensation of the long grass and the flowers gently brushing against your skin.

The air smells fresh.

With a hint of warm honey and oats.

Breathing in deeply.

You feel a beautiful connection with the landscape through which you are walking.

Perceiving its peace.
