This is one of my favorite meditations to help me get to sleep. Kim's voice is soft and gentle. She always helps me be calm, be comfortable, and feel safe. The background sounds, which are also relaxing, help me feel like I really am going to a potions lab at a school for witches and wizards. (Updated July 11, 2023 & February 22, 2024) The section for mixing the potion has been changed a second time, I think. It is easier to imagine the words I do understand as echoing in a large castle room. The garbled sounds for me are a combination of echoes, boring lectures, and potion drowsiness. Thank you, Kim, for the improvement. It makes that part more realistic as well as hypnotic and more relaxing.

Thankyou Kim for this lovely meditation. I like Harry Potter. The meditation was very good but the audio went a bit funny in the Potions Room and your voice was all mixed up and I couldn't hear you very well. I meditated with you last night too but I didn't manage to give you a rating because I fell very deeply asleep. I could be asleep now but I'm not. So I will try another Harry Potter meditation with you now and hope it gets me off to sleep. All my love to you Kim.
