If you're reading this, chances are your body has been starved, overfed, rejected, ignored, shamed and hurt. It has probably also loved and been loved. It has been sensual, erotic, energised, blissful and happy. It has laughed, cried, felt sadness, pain, loss and joy. You can decide to embrace and love your body (just as it is). It's the most amazing thing you'll ever own.

Operating machinery or in any place of responsibility for the wellbeing of yourself or others.

This meditation will guide you into sleep.

It is perfectly fine should you fall asleep before the end of the recording.

Your mind is still open to the positive suggestions.

And you will find that you sleep deeply throughout the night.

And awake in the morning only at a time that you set for yourself.

You see that the colours of the garden are unusually vivid.

There is a wonderful atmosphere that is a mixture of vibrancy and tranquillity.

The sun is setting behind you and the last rays of the sun radiate across the garden.

Casting a beautiful amber golden light.

.

Further highlighting the magic of the special place.

You can hear water from the water fountain.

Lightly tinkling and gurgling.

.

And you can see and hear small birds flitting across the lawn and in the sky above you.

You are filled with a deep sense of wellbeing and contentment.

Bear of your connection to this magical garden.

A place of tranquillity.

Peace.

Serenity.

And as the sun sets and the sky turns a deep blue velvet.

You notice a new shimmering quality to the atmosphere of the garden.

Gradually.

Coming more to life.

It's as if the night has clothed this magical garden in new shades and colours.

So that there is a luminous glowing feature to the plants and the trees.

So though it is still obviously night time.

You are aware of a soft radiance of light and colour emanating gently from all the flowers and trees in this garden.

You have a sense of seeing.

Experiencing this gardens true beauty and wonder.

And just ahead of you are some large stone steps that lead you down into another part of the garden.

You walk languidly and slowly towards the steps.

.

And in a moment.

I will begin counting the steps down.

And with each step down.

You can feel your body relax more deeply.

And sink deeper down into your bed.

Your mind experiencing a sense of letting go.

You are aware of the qualities of each.

Growing and radiating with strength and beauty.

That is individual to that flower or shrub.

So continuing to walk through this special garden.

A garden that is here to help heal and strengthen your perception of your body.

.

You see at the centre of open grass before you.

.

.

.

A flurry of softly glowing lights.

.

.

.

Walking towards the spectacle.

.

.

.

You notice that it is made up of lots of gently shimmering fireflies.

.

.

.

They are darting this way and that.

.

.

.

And in a mist.

.

.

.

The soft spell of their lights.

.

.

.

They are building a statue.

.

.

.

A life-size statue of you.

.

.

.

You see the shape of you carved in marble stone.

.

.

.

So allow your subconscious mind to form the image of this statue now.

In your mind's eye.

Perhaps you are naked.

Perhaps you are posing like a classical statue.

Or maybe something more contemporary.

And allow this image to form.

Thankyou once again for this very beautiful meditation. Again I've not been feeling well today. Not emotional though I've been fine that way today. But my body has been in some pain today and I've not been able to move around so well today. I think it started yesterday because I noticed that I could not manage to get comfy in my bed. My body is still in a bit of pain now especially my back. That feels very sore under my skin and inside my body. I've been in pain all day. So trying to relax really helps me to not think about it too much until I try to make a movement and then the pain let's me know its there. It really is uncomfortable at the moment.

This meditation, & others that encourage us love of our bodies are SO important! I can’t thank their makers enough! The sudden gain of 50lbs (medical side effect🤬) has had me reeling & loathing my body. & though I’m asleep within the first 15 mins, I find the last line of the mere description of this meditation to be very powerful. It reminds us our bodies are the most precious, amazing things we’ll ever own, & as that sentiment echos in my mind, the guide reinforces it beautifully. After occasionally listening to this meditation over the last few months, I began to think I must’ve lost weight, though I hadn’t, because I’d begun to feel comfortable in a body that had become foreign & repulsive to me. Which allows me to reduce the unhealthy disgust & punishment aspect of my continued weight loss goals. &, I do apologize that my ‘reviews’ or ‘comments’, aren’t as short & tidy as all the others. Brevity is not exactly my strong suit🤷🏻‍♀️🤭. So sorry!!!
