In order to trust, you must forgive. No matter how much you feel they betrayed you, Khentrul Rinpoche will guide you through the way to forgiveness. It is always your choice but learning to think calmly and work with our emotions skillfully will help us achieve forgiveness.

This was a good reminder and it gave me more to think about. I felt like I was sitting there listening to a friend explaine this to me. I have a question. What is the best way to gain ethical discipline when it comes to letting go of our attachment to desires and habits?
