In this practice, you will be invited to relax and hand over control to your unconscious mind, which already runs many of your mental programs. In collaboration with your unconscious, you will discover the purpose of your old unwanted behaviour, and find new ways to fulfill the purpose without the outgrown behaviour. This works best when you already know which bahaviour you would like to change. A behaviour can be anything that you do - it can be a mental behaviour such as a thought pattern, or an external behaviour that you find yourself doing but are ready to release.
