Hi,

And thanks for meditating with me this morning.

The goal of today's session is to prepare you to gently start your day before the sun rises,

When nothing moves,

When everything is calm.

Take the time to settle down,

Breathe,

And listen to yourself before everything gets hectic.

The morning is one of the best moments to practice and awaken our sense of gratitude for the beauties that life offers us every moment.

The morning is an ideal time to meditate because our mind is still calm and free from the concerns of the day.

So let's begin.

Get comfortable in your body and close your eyes,

Feel your breath coming in,

Make sure that you have a comfortable position.

Ideally,

In a seated posture with a straight back,

Make yourself comfortable right where you are,

Right now,

And be awake and present.

Let your breath come and go,

Notice how the air moves smoothly in and out of your nostrils.

Your belly expands as you inhale and contracts as you exhale.

Relax your whole body,

Which becomes heavier and heavier,

Inhale and exhale,

Stay connected to your breath,

And with each exhalation just release all your tensions,

Relax every muscles in your face,

Relax your whole body,

Your toes are relaxed and your teeth are a few millimeters apart,

You are calm and blissful,

Breathe deeply,

Let yourself be filled with this vital energy.

Imagine that you are alone in a beautiful spacious room,

There's only you,

The walls are clad in pale white,

A large carpet is covering the ground,

You are sitting on a comfortable cushion on the floor,

Large windows allow the first rays of sunshine to sparkle into the air,

A beautiful red-orange light illuminates the space around you,

The room temperature is just perfect,

One of the windows is slightly open,

Allowing the sound from outside to reach your ears,

Everything is calm,

Nothing moves,

A beautiful melody sung by the birds outside lulls the atmosphere,

This is a new opportunity to create your day,

A soft breeze finds its way through the window and gently caresses your face,

This little freshness awakens your skin,

Shivering your body,

Life is dwelling within you,

Outside you can hear the leaves rubbing against each other,

The wind whistling,

Together with the birds they are creating a living symphony,

Breathe deeply,

Let yourself be filled with this vital energy,

I would like to invite you to set an intention for this day,

This new day that is opening up to you,

How would you like to live this day,

What would be the ideal version of this day for you,

A word,

A sentence or even just a feeling,

What's important now is that your intention is as clear as possible for you and that during the day you can reconnect to this intention so that it can be your guide,

Your compass,

I am going to be silent for a few moments so you can connect with your intention,

Breathe in this intention and feel the emotions it awakens in you,

Wonderful,

Maybe you can write it down in your journal when the meditation is over,

But first I would like to invite you to live one last experience,

The gratitude experience,

Take a few moments to visualize three things,

People or moments of your life you are grateful for,

Take your time,

There's no rush,

What matters here is that you awaken in you this feeling of gratitude,

Mere visualization is not enough,

I want you to feel fully and physically this emotion vibrating within you,

Often a simple smile can help,

Then breathe into this gratitude and feel the emotion arising,

Slowly take a deep breath,

Maybe draw a smile on your face and when you're ready bring some gentle movements to your fingers,

Your feet,

Your head,

Bring your attention to your surrounding and when you feel it you can gently open your eyes,

Thanks for practicing with me today,

I wish you a wonderful day.
