Today we are going to be doing some quick in-breathing with some relaxed out-breaths and we are going to be doing some breath holds.
If you are not familiar with breath holds,
I don't want you to push yourself,
Rather hold for as long as you can and then release when you can at the right time for your body.
This is not about pushing yourself too far,
This is about creating space and creating alkalinity in your body and then the humming is a release mechanism for our bodies through sound.
So we are getting a high alkaline,
A high pH and then a release on a sound frequency level.
So the structure of the breath is that we will be doing two rounds today,
We will be taking 33 breaths that sound like this and you will hear that the breath is not being pushed out of the lungs,
The breath is being released on its own.
So what I would like you to focus on is that the in-breath goes straight to the belly and then into the chest.
So we are creating a two part breath that sounds like a one inhalation.
We are then going to breathe in and breathe out after the first 33 breaths and we are then going to hold.
We are only holding for 30 seconds.
You are going to lock your throat and ensure that that energy is circulating in the throat area.
You are going to relax your tummy,
Relax your shoulders and after 30 seconds you will then take a deep breath in and you will hold for another 30 seconds.
It's in this time that I really want you to focus on your eye area,
What are you seeing in your closed eyes,
What colours,
Shadows,
Shapes,
Visions,
Nothing,
Maybe there's nothing.
After that we will go in for a hum after our 30 second hold and we will then do a second round of 33 breaths deep in but we will then hold for 45 seconds,
Hum it out,
Hold for 45 seconds.
So we are going to go through this step by step together and we are going to create some beautiful space,
See some beautiful things and allow that energy flow right through.
Next take a deep inhale through our nose and out the mouth,
Another one and out your mouth.
Try and relax your body as much as you possibly can,
Sinking down,
Becoming one with the earth.
Take a deep breath in and exhale,
We are going to begin breathing in 5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Relaxing your body,
Focusing on the present moment,
Bring your shoulders down,
Belly soft,
Relax.
Let it out,
Deep breath in,
Let's hum it out.
Keep holding,
You are going to take a deep breath in 5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Deep breath in and hold,
Squeeze your belly in,
Let it out with a hum in 5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Beautiful,
Right I want you to take some steady breaths now,
Relaxing your body,
Allowing yourself to feel whatever it is that you need to feel right now,
Relax.
And we are going to begin our 45 second round in 5,

2,
1.
You are in control of your body,
Your breath,
You are safe,
Making some space,
PH levels are rising and we are going to take a deep breath in,
Let's hum it out.
You are going to hold now,
Your pH levels are rising,
Your alkalinity levels are rising.
We are going to take a beautiful deep breath in,
In 5,
4,
3,
2,
1 and hold.
You have got this,
You are making your body so strong,
So solid.
Try and squeeze your tailbone muscle in a little bit and pull your tummy in and we are going to let this out with a hum in 5,

3,
2,
1.
Take a beautiful deep breath in.
Keep your eyes closed,
Feel your body,
You might be tingling,
You might have sensations in your chest,
In your back,
In your head.
This is all work being done on a cellular level,
Work that you are awakening parts of your body,
Cells in your body that have been sleeping and feel sleepy.
So we are shaking things up just a little bit.
Please take your time,
Lie down for as long as you need to,
Feeling your body,
Crying,
Laughing and enjoying the experience of this earthly body that you have been gifted with.
