Hello and welcome to this float experience.
Today I'm going to guide you into a state of deep relaxation which will enhance your experience in getting the most out of your float experience today.
So with that said,
Get yourself comfortable.
Sometimes it takes a little while to just get that feeling down.
And if you've been feeling tightness or tension within your body,
That's perfectly normal.
Your float experience will really allow the muscles to unwind,
To relax and let go in their own way without force or even control.
Just allowing the mind and body to work together for you.
And so I'm going to be quiet for a little bit so you can get adjusted.
Observe how the water supports you.
Observe the flow of the breath and let it be.
You can learn from your breath just by observing it,
Not trying to control it.
Each time the air flows out,
There's a pause of relaxation.
Like a river flowing as the air flows out.
Each exhalation stills the mind as you allow the ego to fade into the background now.
You are supported.
You're okay.
You are safe.
You can trust and just let go.
That's it.
Letting the mind and fading into the silence and open space.
The water so warm and soothing.
With every exhalation,
You can relax a little more.
Your exhalations can show you how to let go as you learn to surrender to spirit.
Surrender and trust to the experience of breathing as all the physical and emotional boundaries dissolve into nothing.
In this moment,
There is no longer a desire to control.
Just an open willingness to trust and let go.
Simply floating.
Edges melting away.
Soon,
Spontaneous breathing awakens as you are being inspired by spirit.
The mind awakened and allowing the spirit to breathe on its own.
Embrace the spontaneous inhalation.
As if you are being carried along.
Floating along air currents.
Weightless.
Edgeless.
And free.
Muscles softening.
Everything is in harmony.
Boundaries breaking down.
As you embrace all this space.
Dissolving into the warm embrace of the water.
Experience that now.
It feels so good to just let go.
And let's take it now to the next level.
As you lie there.
Motionless.
One with the water.
The water is so pure.
So soothing.
That you want to go even deeper.
And if at any time the body twitches or jerks.
That's normal and natural.
Your body is releasing trapped emotions.
Tension and tightness.
The body knows.
You are in a safe place.
And you can just let go.
Let go of the stress.
Let go of the worries.
Let go of the frustration.
Let go of the tension or disappointments.
Just let it all go now.
As if the water hears you.
And understands you.
And is here to help you now.
It is here to support you.
And your well-being.
So let the tension go.

And just be.
You're okay.

That's it.
It's like a breath of fresh air.
To just let it go.

For there is this desire.
And willingness.
To relax deeper.
And deeper now.
With every breath you take.
And so I want you to focus on your forehead.
Feel the forehead.
Just begin to relax.
Focus and feel.
How all the little frown lines.
All the little worry lines in your forehead.
Just seem to disappear.
Feel the forehead.
Relaxing.
That's it.
Still floating.
And now feel the eyes.
They're so heavy.
So relaxed.
Feel the mouth.
Feel how the muscles around your mouth.
Can just start to relax.
As you relax the tongue.
And feel the jawbone.
Sometimes we hold on to so much tension in our jaw.
Feel it softening now.
Loosening its grip.
As all the tension.
All the frustrations and worries.
Just float away now.
That's it.
And feel behind your ears.
Around the back of the scalp.
Just let go.
And feel the back of your neck now.
Letting all that tension.
Float away.
And now feel the shoulders.
We tend to hold stress and tension.
In our shoulders.
So let all that tension.
Float away now.
As you just begin to relax.
Even deeper.
And deeper still.
Focus on the backbone now.
And how it goes down your spinal column.
Feel every muscle.
Within the back.
Just letting go.
Giving in to the water.
Allowing yourself.
To be fully supported.
So that every muscle.
Every nerve.
And every fiber.
Within your back.
Just seem to relax.
Simply floating.
Weightless.
Limitless.
And free.
And focus on the small of your back.
And around the curve of your bottom.
And feel those muscles.
Just letting go.
All the tension.
All the tightness.
Floating away.
Muscles softening.
In this warm embrace.
Feel.
This warm embrace.
Come to the back of your thighs now.
Relaxing.
The thigh muscles.
All the tension.
And tightness.
All the tension.
And then feel.
The relaxation.
Move into the hollow.
Of your knees.
Knees softening.
And this warm embrace from the water.
Moves down around your calves.
As the calf muscles just let go.
Go.
And you go.
Even deeper.
As this warm embrace.
Moves down.
Into the heel.
And into the bottom of your feet.
And the tension between every one of your toes.
Just relaxes.
Even deeper.
And deeper still.
Breathe in.
That breath of life.
Feeling so calm.
You're so very peaceful.
Very relaxed.
And we will go deeper still.
So focus.
On the throat.
Sometimes.
We hold back our truth.
Sometimes.
We say unkind things.
And energy can get trapped there.
So feel the muscles within the throat.
Just start.
To relax.
And let go.
It feels so good.
To relax.
To let go.
And speak your truth.
And in this warm embrace.
From the water.
You can feel your arms.
Your elbows.
Your forearm.
Hands and fingers.
Just letting go.
Just like a ragdoll.
Loose and limp.
And feel every finger.
Just relax.
A little more.
Creating space.
And openness.
As you go deeper.
And deeper.
And deeper relaxed.
Surrendering.
To the water's warm embrace.
Safe.
And secure.
Loved.
And adored.
Just relaxing.
And floating.
Doing so very,
Very well.
As you feel.
The chest muscles.
And organs within the chest.
Beginning to relax.
Feel the stomach area.
Relax now.
The thighs relax.
The knees soften.
The calf muscles go loose and limp.
On the shin bone.
And that foot itself.
In each and every sweet toe of yours.
Just let go.
To this warm embrace.
From the water.
Becoming one with the water.
You are made up of water.
You are the water.
And the water is you.
You are one.
You are life.
You are free.
And so you go deeper.
And deeper.
With every breath you take.
So calm.
It feels good,
Doesn't it?
And how would it feel.
If you could go deeper still.
Taking it even further.
To the next level.
Of deep relaxation.
What if.
You could paint the picture in your mind.
Of anywhere you wanted to be.
Real or imaginary.
It doesn't matter.
But be there now.
In your mind.
And see yourself floating.
You could be floating on air.
You could be floating in space.
Or in the ocean.
You could be floating on a planet.
Or in a different world.
Be there now.
Be there now.
And paint the picture in your mind.
That's it.
Paint every detail.
Merge.
And become one with this image.
And your mind.
As if you can step into it.
And just be there now.
Free floating.
Where every muscle.
Every system.
Every cell and organ of your body.
Just begins to relax.
To rest so deeply.
As you drift.
And dream.
Of a peaceful place.
Of a quiet.
Tranquil place.
So safe.
So peaceful.
Letting go of your physical body.
Becoming more aware.
Of your powerful inner mind.
