Hello,

This is Carrie Logan at Empowered Within.

And allow yourself to get relaxed and comfortable.

Closing your eyes and focusing on the breath.

Observing the breath flowing into the body and flowing out in such a comfortable and relaxed way.

So comfortably relaxed that your body will literally melt away while your mind remains focused.

Allowing the breath to build a pathway of change.

Allowing the breath to be spontaneous and natural.

Noticing how your mind's ability to expand is getting better.

Allowing the breath to eliminate any stress.

Feeling the breath removing the strain.

Each breath removes a little more confusion about the past.

Allowing you to just relax and release the tension.

Each breath taking you deeper than the breath before.

And going to that place within your heart where you are safe and secure,

Loved and adored.

And the place where all changes can occur.

In the safety and security of your heart.

And in this place I change my thinking with love.

I change my life when I change my thinking.

I am light.

I am spirit.

I am a wonderful capable being.

And it is time for me to acknowledge that I create my own reality with my thoughts.

It's time for me to accept responsibility for my life.

If I want to change my reality then it is time for me to change my mind.

I do this by choosing to think and speak in new and positive ways.

I learned a long time ago that if I would change my thinking I could change my life.

Changing my thinking is really dropping my limitations.

As I do so I begin to be aware of the infinity of life which is buzzing full of potential all around me.

I begin to understand that I am already perfect,

Whole and complete.

Each day gets better.

As I now release all negative thoughts,

All negative concepts and all negative beliefs I can see and feel them.

No longer activated or charged,

Replaced by my new positive thinking,

Beliefs and attitudes.

It is as easy as my breathing now.

I change my thinking with love.

I change my life.

I change my life.

So when you are ready,

Bring your attention back to this room,

Back into your body.

When you are ready you can open your eyes,

Feeling wide awake and alert,

Ready to change your life and change your thinking.

So go out and have a joyous day.

Wherever we are complete and this is so.
