In this one-minute guided mindfulness session, we'll use awareness in an everyday situation to stimulate your senses and reset your body and mind. We'll do a few juicy stretches to bring you into the body and calm the mind. Through this simple mindful moment we'll refresh your body, clear your mind, and open up space for deeper, more expansive breaths.

What a delightful way to start your day.

Soaking up that sunshine in the park.

We're going to bring a little bit more mindfulness to this to start your day right.

And take a deep breath in,

Drinking in the fresh air around you.

Then we're going to start to stretch into the body to ease any residual tension from your sleep.

Take a deep breath in,

Draw the shoulders up towards your ears.

And as you exhale,

You'll glide them down your back.

Inhale,

Arms reach up.

And as you exhale,

You'll bend over to one side.

Inhale,

Bring the arms back through center,

Reach them up.

And over to the other side.

Big breath in,

Come back through center.

You'll twist over to your right.

Take your gaze over your right shoulder.

Take one more breath in,

Get a little bit longer,

A little bit taller.

And as you exhale,

You'll turn the chest to face center.

Take a breath in.

And as you exhale,

Over to the left.

And take your gaze over the left shoulder.

Inhale breath.

And exhale back through center.

Great job.

With the little bit of ease that we've created in the body,

You'll have a great start to the rest of your day.

I'll see you back here tomorrow for one more minute of mindfulness.
