Transcript

Let's begin by getting into a nice,

Comfortable position,

Making sure that there's nothing crossed.

You're either sitting or lying down,

And when you're ready,

Let's start by grounding our energy into the earth.

So,

Place your attention in your root chakra,

By the tailbone,

And there's a red vibrating energy there.

This energy has to do with your safety and security and stability.

It has to do with your wanting to be on this earth,

So allow that energy to flow down your legs,

Down through the bottoms of your feet,

And anchoring like red roots into the earth,

Imagining that they're digging deep into the earth,

Connecting you to the wisdom of the trees,

The spirit of the mountains,

The richness of our soil,

And the playfulness of our waters.

And then,

Place your attention in your pelvic floor,

And imagine that you can drop that pelvic floor,

Releasing all of your lower abdomen,

Relaxing the belly.

And take a deep breath into the base of that belly,

Breathing as deep as you can get it.

At the top of your breath,

Hold slightly,

And release the breath slowly and deliberately through the mouth.

Then,

Take one more deep,

Cleansing breath when you're ready,

Relaxing again the belly,

And releasing slowly and deliberately through the mouth.

And now,

Place your attention back into the tailbone area,

And we're going to mentally walk up the spine.

So imagine that you can place your attention on the tailbone itself,

And as you do,

The tailbone surrenders,

Releases,

And relaxes.

And now,

Move up through the sacrum bone,

Relaxing,

Surrendering,

Releasing.

Moving up into the lower back,

Touching with your mind one vertebrae at a time,

Letting each vertebrae expand,

Release,

And relax.

And moving up into the mid-back,

Touching each vertebrae,

Letting it surrender and expand.

Moving up now into the upper back,

Feeling the energy open,

Release,

One vertebrae at a time,

Walking up into the neck until you reach the base of the skull.

And now,

Feel your entire spinal energy,

And allow it all to surrender and expand outward.

It's expanding outward so much so it feels like your muscles are moving away from the spine,

Shoulder blades moving apart,

Shoulders letting go so that the arms can droop a little more,

Neck muscles unraveling,

Letting go.

And then place your attention in your jaw,

And let your jaw let go,

Your tongue let go,

Your lips let go,

And you can feel the soft palate at the back of the throat getting warm and expansive as your sinuses begin to open,

Inner ear opens,

Eyes begin to soften,

Eyebrows let go,

Forehead lets go,

And even your scalp lets go,

All the way to the base of the skull.

And now you allow your conscious thought to begin to drift backward,

Dropping back inside of you,

Moving your conscious thought behind the eyes in the center.

This is your pineal gland.

This is that place where you can hear your higher self,

Your guides,

God.

And in this place,

You don't have to think,

You don't have to produce any answers.

You just get to be.

And since your eyes are closed,

It doesn't make any sense to project any sight forward,

So let your sight move inside of you as well.

So instead of seeing,

Now you're just aware.

And now allow the crown of the head to open,

Nice and wide.

And allowing source energy to enter into the pineal,

Like a column of white light,

Activating that pineal,

Connecting you with source energy.

And now allow that column of white light to flow down,

Down into the heart.

Down just below the ribcage,

Into the solar plexus area.

Down just below the navel,

Into the sacral area.

Down into the root by your tailbone,

And allow that column of white light to flow down into the earth as you feel your total balance,

Your connectedness to source energy.

You in your pineal,

Connected to your wisdom.

And just stay there a moment,

Allowing that energy to soothe you.

And take as long as you would like to be in this space.

And whenever you're ready,

Just open the eyes.

And allow yourself to notice the stillness,

The centeredness,

And the peace that comes from being in the pineal.
