I love to weave in stories of Ganesha and Shiva. A particular breath that lights it up or slows it down. Postures accessible to all levels. Sometimes an external sigh, other times a mantra to traverse any mental spin. A hand gesture or full body mudra to focus our attention. Connected bhakti and pop tunes to lift our mood. Strengthening and lengthening our physical and energetic being. I am deeply humbled by the gifts offered to me by my teachers and this practice. I have logged more than 20,000 Yoga Alliance hours as a student from a range of teachers from Vinyasa, Anusara, and Iyengar to Ayurveda, Bhakti, Tantra, and Shadow Yoga disciplines, and have been teaching for 20+ years. It is my life’s work to offer these teachings and to honor what has come before me with all the integrity I have.
