This is a lovely active meditation that can be used for going within one's self using mindful Tapping which is a form of Modern Energy Tapping. The points used are : Top of the head- crown, Forehead- middle of the forehead 3rd eye point, Eyebrow- Top corner of the eyebrow, Corner of the eye.

Hi there,

It's Kelly here.

Today I'd like to share with you an active meditation using mindful tapping for going within.

You can use this as a standalone practice or you can use it as a precursor before doing some meditation,

Some yoga or tai chi to put you in a nice place.

So to start this meditation uses tapping points based on acupressure and EFT.

And we're going to start by placing our hands over our heart,

One over the other,

Closing your eyes and bringing your attention to your breath.

We're going to take three nice breaths in and out and if you can make your out breath slightly longer than your in breath.

So let's start together now.

Breathing in and breathing all the way out.

Next breath in and all the way out.

And one more,

Breathing in and all the way out.

Now just allow your breathing to return to normal.

And place your focus into your hands as they rest over your heart.

And imagine now that you're transmitting a beautiful energy from your hands to your heart to help you go within.

A feeling of reaching inwards.

And now with whichever hand feels right for you,

Slowly move it to the very top of your head,

Your crown.

And here we're going to gently start tapping,

Rhythmically and lovingly.

And we're going to say,

Going within.

Going within energy.

Now take a nice breath in and out and slowly bring your hand down to your forehead,

The third eye point.

Breathing in and all the way out whilst gently tapping that point.

Going within.

Calm.

Going within energy.

Nice breath in and out.

Now taking your hand with one finger tapping the very corner of your eyebrow.

Gently tapping with the sense of love and care.

It's easy for me to go within now.

Taking a breath in and out.

Getting a sense of everything becoming calmer and more peaceful as your focus turns to the very corner of your eye.

Now slide your finger down to the very corner edge of your head.

And now with the rest of your energy,

My focus is inwards.

Nice breath in and out.

Noticing any sensations in the body as you now take your finger down to tap on the eye bone.

Just directly in line with where your pupil would be if you were looking straight ahead.

Gently tapping.

Lovingly tapping.

It's easy for me to go within.

Nice breath in and out.

Feeling yourself going deeper with each tapping point.

Coming to a space of stillness.

With internal reflection.

As you gently move your hand down to tap under your nose.

Directly above your top lip.

Going within.

Listening to my body.

The body is relaxing now.

Just now.

Muscles are loosening.

Everything's softening.

As you start to move your finger down to the middle of your chin.

Tapping gently and rhythmically.

Going within energy.

Stillness.

Serenity.

Breathing in and out.

Now moving your fingers down to the collarbone and we're on the edge of the collarbone.

It's known as the K27 tapping point.

Just where the nodules are,

There's two of them on either side.

And that's where you're tapping directly under your throat.

Going deep within now.

Scanning through your body.

Allowing it to become more comfortable as you tap.

More comfort.

More serenity.

Now coming down to your hands and you can tap on either hand.

If you're tapping on your left hand,

You're going to tap on the outside edge of the base of your thumbnail.

That's on the right hand side.

And if you're tapping on your right hand,

You're going to be tapping on the outside edge of the base of the thumbnail on your left side.

And you follow through tapping each nail in the same place.

So tapping the thumb.

Taking a nice breath in and out.

Going within.

Calm and peaceful.

Nice breath in and out.

Moving on to your first finger now.

Going within.

Quieter.

More serenity.

Softening the body.

Allowing the mind to relax.

Nice breath in and out.

Moving on to the middle finger,

Outside edge of the base of the nail.

Going within.

Softening.

Relaxing.

Moving on to your ring finger.

Nice breath in and out.

Going within.

Relaxed and serene.

Nice breath in and out.

Moving on to the little finger.

Tapping with a sense of love.

Going within.

Tapping with a sense of meditation energy.

Focus.

Nice breath in and out.

And now we're going to tap the karate chop point,

Which is on the back of the hand along the outside edge,

Halfway down.

Just as if you're doing a karate chop,

One hand on the other.

Going gently within.

Peaceful meditation energy.

Feel the stillness within you and around you.

And now gently bring your hands back over your heart.

And we're going to take some breaths in and out again here.

So when you're ready,

Take a nice breath in.

And all the way out.

Relaxing even more on that out breath.

Another breath in.

And all the way out.

And one more.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

And now just visualise yourself sitting in a beautiful,

Relaxing place.

Somewhere that assists you to go even deeper within now.

And you can spend this time just focusing on your breath.

Or you can use it as a time to listen to what's going on in your body.

Or to ask yourself if there's anything your body mind wishes to communicate with you.

And you can say,

Stay in this state as long as you need to.

And you can say,

Stay in this state as long as you need to.

But for now,

I'm going to leave you here.
