This meditation could be about restoring your energy or releasing anything stuck or washing stress away when you need a reset.

Find a position where your spine can be long and tall.

Let go of tension as you allow your body to soften into the support beneath of you.

Without changing your breath just notice the quality.

Notice if it's shallow and where.

Notice where it's deeper and where.

Notice if you're breathing more through your mouth or your nose.

See if you can even notice if you're using your right or left nostril more.

Take an inhale through your nose,

Slow and steady.

So now coming into awareness of your breath even further and exhale your air all the way out.

So now you're changing the capacity of your breath.

Deepening,

Breathe in.

Softening,

Breathe out.

Notice how your breath opens to you.

Breathe in,

Fully fill the lungs.

Breathe out,

Relax the arms and the legs.

Keep breathing soft and slow.

Visualize the ocean.

Visualize how the ocean has waves.

Notice sea mist off the top of a wave.

Sense how it might sound.

Sense how you may feel if you were in close proximity with the wave.

Imagine what other sounds and sights would be present.

Sense the energy and the power of the wave and imagine the wave as a thought.

And imagine each of your thoughts that come in are like waves in a set coming all together and they have power and energy.

Imagine the waves as thoughts that come up for you.

With each thought that tries to creep its way into your mind space,

Visualize the thought or worry as the wave but imagine that you're the ocean.

Imagine now from a bird's eye point of view you can see the little wave but you see much more ocean fastless.

Keep breathing,

Keep softening into the moment and visualize zooming out and imagine your view is now high over the ocean into the sky where you see the clouds and the birds.

So each thought is like a wave and you zoom out to the ocean and there's room for all of the waves in the ocean and as you zoom out you see much more ocean than waves.

Keep imagining the ocean and notice the sensations as they change as we get a new vantage point.

Now you see the distant sun setting.

Visualize the rich colors of the sunset over the ocean.

The cotton candy hues,

The orange tang hues like sherbet.

Imagine the setting the setting sun's golden beams and sense the radiance and the warmth of the setting sun.

The waves make almost no impact as you keep picturing that you're the ocean and perhaps even the sky now.

You see the wave but you're the ocean and the sky fastless.

Visualize the ocean swirling.

Notice the end of sunset,

The soft hues,

The pastels,

How the ocean quiets as you relax into your body.

Just allow the colors of that scenery to dissipate.

Rerelax the face and soften the palate of the mouth.

Take a full breath in and a long breath out.

Breathe in a natural restoration of your energy with visualization.

Breathe out and imagine just washing stress away or thoughts.

Release the stuck.

Keep sensing into the moment.

Back to the present.

Relax for a few more moments.

Just offering yourself any gratitude or intention.

Now with your new perspective take a full breath in and softly breathe the air out.

Let go of all tension.

Now you're fully restored,

Fully awake and alive to the moment.
