As you begin this meditation,

Remember you're stepping into a sacred space of self-recognition and affirmation.

Embrace this time as an opportunity to reconnect with the core of your being,

The part of you that knows without a doubt that you are worthy.

And as you settle into this moment,

Trust in the process and let each breath guide you deeper into your self-awareness and acceptance.

As you settle down,

Make sure you are in a position that feels natural and relaxed.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Release any tension in your body.

Closing your eyes gently,

Start to focus on your breathing,

Observing each inhalation and exhalation.

Feel your breath become deeper and more relaxed with every cycle.

And allow your body to settle into a calming rhythm.

With your next breath,

Imagine a wave of peace washing over you,

Starting from your head and moving slowly down to your toes.

This peace brings with it a deep sense of assurance.

Whisper to yourself,

I am worthy and let this affirmation echo through your mind.

Feel this affirmation moving through you like a soothing melody.

It travels through your body,

Calming and affirming you.

Say to yourself,

I am deserving of good things and let these words resonate within you,

Filling you with confidence.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Focus on your heart center and if it feels comfortable to do so,

Focus on your heart center and if it feels comfortable to do so,

Place your hand over heart and imagine your self-esteem as a strong steady pulse,

Growing more robust with each heartbeat.

Reinforce it by mentally affirming,

I have value,

I have worth.

Take your mind back and think about your achievements,

No matter how big or small.

Recognize them as proofs of your capabilities,

Reminding yourself that I am capable and resilient.

I meet challenges with courage and wisdom.

Allow these thoughts to reinforce the truth of your worth.

Every success,

Every step forward is a testament to your potential and value.

Embrace these experiences,

Let them fortify the belief of your own worthiness.

Now,

Slowly start to bring your awareness back to your surroundings.

Reacquainting yourself with the physical world.

You have just reinforced truth that is always present but sometimes forgotten.

You're inherently worthy of love,

Respect and joy.

Carry with you the powerful grounding belief that I am worthy.

Remember,

You're not worthy for what you do,

You're worthy for who you are.
