Welcome to this guided meditation.

So whenever you're ready,

You can close your eyes and let anything go.

Letting go the thoughts from your day,

The mental formulating,

The planning,

The creating,

The stressing.

Anything that was cultivated from the head,

Letting it all go,

Moving into the heart space.

Bringing your attention to your breath,

Noticing the quality of each inhale and each exhale.

With each inhale,

Creating space,

And with each exhale,

Taking up that new space.

Observing what it feels like in your body within each exhale and inhale.

Observing the contractions and expansions,

The heaviness and the lightness,

The duality that our body creates and uses in perfect harmony.

Letting each breath take you deeper into this space of stillness.

There is nothing you need to do.

There is nothing you need to say.

There is nothing you need to think.

Your only job here right now is to simply be breathing into this space right here.

What would it look like for you to live from your heart space?

How would you show up in this world?

Our purpose in this lifetime is to open our hearts.

We must remember that we have the option and the availability to open ourselves up in every moment,

In every experience,

In every situation.

Are you willing to open your heart?

Are you willing to spread your wings?

Are you willing to create the unique freedom within your body,

Within your mind?

Let this be a reminder that opening your heart is a choice that is always available to you.

Lean into the fear.

Lean into the discomfort.

You are safe to live from your heart space.

With each breath,

Feeling into the texture and quality and sensation that this openness brings you.

Is there a physical sensation that is coming up?

Lean into this feeling,

Knowing that you can return to it at any point.

Your openness is always available to you.

Closing this practice with five more deep breaths.

Breathing in deeply from the nose,

Holding it at the top,

And exhaling.

Breathing in,

Hold.

Breathing out.

You can do a couple more just at your pace.

Now let each breath re-energize every fiber,

Every cell in your being.

Waking yourself up for the second time today.

And as you continue throughout your day,

I invite you to ask yourself this question.

Just discovering Kaylee’s meditations. I enjoyed her calm and gentle guidance and her messaging around leaning into the vulnerability of walking through life with an open heart and discovering the gift in that way of being.
