This meditation allows you to dive deep into your heart space to find what true alignment means for you. There's lots of space in here to really feel into yourself, so if you like having background sound to keep you focused, I highly recommend choosing one of the many Ambient Sounds Insight Timer has to offer to play behind the track. There is also an element of energy healing within this track, so make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day and note that you may continue to feel the energy shifting for hours, or even days afterward. This meditation was channeled in an Insight Timer LIVE Event. When I tap in, I channel meditations that say exactly what my audience needs to hear in the moment in order to foster healing and find clarity. Before this session, I set the intention for this meditation to be exactly what those who were in the room and those who listened later on needed in the moment, so if you've found this track, it may be exactly what you need right now. Hi there,

My name is Kayla Mason and the meditation that you're about to listen to was actually recorded live on an insight timer live.

So this was recorded with an audience of 50 to 80 meditators and all of the beautiful energy that was felt during this is infused into the recording.

There are a few moments where I mention the pool of energy involved and instead of thinking about the people who were present when this was recorded,

I invite you to think about all of the people who are meditating at the same time as you are here on insight timer because what a beautiful thing.

Also because this was recorded live,

There is no background music,

So if you would like to have some background music on during the meditation,

Which I think is a wonderful thing,

You can choose any of the background sounds that insight timer has available to play behind the track.

So if you go to the bottom of the screen,

You should be able to click ambient sounds and choose crystal bowls or maybe the sound of a stream,

Whatever sound makes you feel most relaxed and connected to your heart.

Enjoy.

As you're getting yourself set up for your meditation,

Either sitting down or lying down,

You could be sitting up on a yoga block,

You could be curled up in your favorite chair.

Wherever you are,

Just begin to tune into your body.

So you might want to close your eyes here and just begin to let your body tell you what you need.

So maybe it's total stillness,

Maybe your body is just wanting to stay completely still,

Or maybe you're needing to stretch.

Maybe you've been sitting at a desk all day and you really need to stretch your legs,

Or maybe your face is feeling kind of tense.

Maybe you've been staring at a screen and you've been clenching your jaw.

Maybe give yourself a big stretch,

Big jaw stretch.

Maybe give yourself a little jaw massage,

That could be nice.

And I always like to tell my meditators to close your eyes during this.

There's something about closing your eyes and being present with your physical body that just like,

It's kind of like,

I like to say it's kind of like the ostrich with his head in the sand.

It's like,

Nobody can see me.

There's no reason for me to worry about what it looks like to be mushing my face.

Or stretching my arms up over my head.

Because when your eyes are closed,

The only thing that exists is the way your body feels.

And the different ways that your physical body interacts with the world around you.

Maybe you feel temperature shifts.

Maybe you feel a light breeze on your skin.

Noticing all of the things that you can feel right now.

In fact,

Let's hone in on that.

Notice five things that you can feel right now.

And if movement is still feeling good for you,

Feel free to keep moving.

And if you find yourself coming to a place of stillness,

Feel free to let that stillness come over you.

And then notice the five things that you're feeling most intensely right now.

Maybe it's your bottom on the seat.

If you're lying down,

Maybe it's your shoulders in the bed.

Maybe it's your hand on your leg.

And once you've identified five things that you can currently feel,

Shift your focus to finding four things that you can hear right now.

Maybe it's a hum of electricity or a bird outside.

Sound of a car or a pet.

Four things that you can hear.

And as you identify those four things,

See if you can shift your awareness from one to the next to the next.

Jumping to the next sound as soon as you've heard the last.

Not really thinking about or judging the sounds,

Wondering what they are.

And then allow your focus to shift to the darkness behind your eyelids.

Notice three things that you can see behind your eyelids.

Maybe it's a blot of light,

Maybe the veins in your eyelids,

Or maybe it's just darkness.

And shifting your awareness to your sense of smell.

Noticing two things that you can smell right now.

Maybe it's a scent in the room or maybe just the smell of your own body,

Your nose.

And let your awareness fall on your sense of taste.

Noticing your tongue and finding one taste.

What is the one thing that you can taste right now?

And then let the awareness of the senses fall away.

And let your awareness land on your breath.

Noticing it flowing in and out of your body.

Noticing where you feel it most.

And just observing that part of your body.

Maybe the rise and fall of your chest.

Maybe the coolness and warmness of the air moving in and out of your nostrils.

Just pick a point of sensation and watch.

Watch as it stays the same.

Watch as it changes.

Just watch.

And now let your awareness dive into your heart center,

Allowing the breath that moves through this chest,

This heart,

This center of love.

Allow it to become the energy of your heart center.

And simply be present with this energy.

If visuals start to come to you,

Allow them to elaborate.

If you see colorful lights,

Let them get bigger.

If you hear beautiful sounds,

Let them get louder.

And if all you feel is your breath moving through your chest,

Focus on your breath moving through your chest.

Just noticing whatever is here right now without judgment.

You might notice a pressure.

Or maybe a levity.

Possibly a feeling of heaviness or an ache.

Or maybe a feeling of swelling pride.

Just observe what is here in your beautiful heart center and allow yourself to get totally present with what's happening in your heart right now.

I'm going to stay here just observing the heart for another minute or two.

So really give yourself the time,

The time to enwrap yourself in this energy,

To dive in to what you feel here.

Not necessarily looking for logical reasoning or putting words to an emotion.

Not yet.

Just getting totally present and leaning into the energy that you're feeling,

Seeing,

Hearing,

Even smelling or tasting in this space.

Let yourself get lost in your heart.

What have you discovered here in your beautiful heart of hearts?

What do you see?

What changes have come about?

And what has stayed the same as you watch your beautiful heart?

As you get present with what your heart has to say.

With what your heart has to share with you.

So rarely do we take the time to let our hearts speak.

Because it can be so scary to wear our hearts on our sleeve.

So often our hearts are worried.

They want to run.

But how often are those things that scare us so much also the things that excite us more than anything in the world?

And from this place of heart coherence,

Allow your heart to stay open and let your mind's eye create a projector screen and ask your mind to show you an image of something that truly lights you up.

Something that lights you up beyond what you maybe have previously imagined you could have been lit up by.

Something that maybe you never expected to light you up.

And yet now,

It's the most beautiful thing in your day.

And once you can see this thing clearly in your mind's eye,

Allow yourself to take the journey backwards from when you first began.

Rewinding your life and getting to see yourself at the beginning stages of this thing that brings you so much joy now.

What was it like at the start?

Was it scary?

Did you worry that you might have your heart broken if you put too much of yourself into it?

Did you worry that it might not work out?

Did you find yourself wondering if you were ever going to get the things that you truly wanted?

Was there any fear at the beginning of this thing that is now such a beautiful experience in your life?

And now allow yourself to fast forward once more back to the present moment and seeing yourself enjoying this thing once more.

You are your own proof that even when things are scary,

That's often when they're most worthy of your time.

Now let yourself slip back into your heart and notice if anything has shifted here.

There's no right or wrong answer,

Just noticing.

And then begin to allow your heart to feel a beautiful emotion,

Possibly surrounding the thing that lights you up as you've just visualized.

Perhaps it's gratitude that you let yourself push through the fear,

That you made your way to being able to enjoy whatever it is,

Whoever it is.

Gratitude even for that fear,

Because sometimes fear is the thing that tells us what's worth fighting for.

Allow this gratitude in your heart to build.

And notice if you were seeing visuals of the energy in your heart before,

Notice how this gratitude changes it.

If you were hearing music,

Notice how this gratitude changes the music.

And if you are just feeling the physical experience of being in your heart,

Your breath,

Your chest,

The beating.

Notice how this sense of gratitude changes you.

Allow the gratitude to build.

And you may just want to feel gratitude for gratitude's sake.

Or if you want to think of things you're grateful for to help give you that feeling,

That's also a great idea.

If you're struggling to think of things that you're grateful for,

Start with being alive.

Being able-bodied in whatever way you are.

Being a human.

Perhaps finding gratitude for the love in your life.

For the access to things like meditation.

And for choosing to show up for yourself with an act like meditating.

Stay here in this space with your heart,

Feeling this gratitude for another minute or two.

And again,

Let yourself get lost in feeling this gratitude.

And now from this place of pure gratitude,

Notice if your heart speaks to you.

Notice if there's anything your heart has to share with you.

Maybe if you were feeling an ache before,

There's a fear that your heart wants to share.

Maybe it's a reassurance that you're doing exactly what you need to be.

Maybe it's a bit of guidance.

Your heart urging you to do what feels right instead of what you think you're supposed to do in a certain situation.

Maybe your heart wants to give you clarity on something.

Listen.

And if you have a question,

Something you need to get clarity on,

Feel free to ask that question here.

And listen for the answer.

And now if there's something that your heart was urging you to do,

Or maybe something that needs to be healed,

Or maybe something that needs to be released,

Take the next few moments to begin that movement.

Feel the energy moving through your heart.

If you want to imagine energy being expelled from your body,

Or a sonic wave moving through your heart,

Bringing you into deeper alignment,

Or maybe it's a color,

Or a calm that's coming over your heart space,

Or maybe a visualization of the future.

Give yourself the energy,

The healing that you need in order to move forward.

Allow your heart to heal.

Allow yourself to let the energy of this room full of meditators to pulse through your heart and receive the healing that you need in order to move forward.

Perhaps visualizing this healing energy cleansing your heart space like waves upon the shore,

Or perhaps as a pulsing ball of light,

Or perhaps a physical movement,

Allowing your heart to find full alignment,

Shifting little by little,

Moving into place,

Allowing the energy to move through,

To cleanse,

To heal.

And again,

Lean into this healing energy.

Lean into following your heart's desire,

Your heart's instruction,

Your heart's need.

Give yourself permission to have your heart's desire and begin to allow the energy to slow its movement,

Acknowledging that you have received exactly what you needed to in this session and that if any further healing,

Releasing,

Or alignment needs to occur,

That you will be guided to exactly what you need to do in order to accomplish that goal.

Allow one more moment in your heart,

Feeling immense gratitude for being present with all of these beautiful meditators,

For being part of this healing energy pool that we have all created together.

Take a moment to acknowledge the magic of this energy pool.

What a privilege it is to be here and how amazing that you happen to be here right now to experience this alignment of heart and to receive this beautiful healing.

Slowly begin to let your awareness land once more on your sense of taste,

Noticing one thing that you can taste in your mouth.

Letting your awareness then land on your sense of smell,

Taking a breath in and reacquainting yourself with the air around you,

Noticing if there are two things that you can smell in the room around you.

Letting your awareness then shift to your ears,

Noticing three things that you can hear right now and shifting your awareness to your physical body,

Perhaps bringing movement back and noticing four things that you can feel in your physical body right now and begin to bring movement into your body,

Wiggling fingers and toes,

Keeping your eyes closed for just a little longer and again,

Allowing your body any movement that feels natural right now and then bring your palms together and rub them together to get a little heat going and then place your palms over your eyes and allow yourself to open your eyes behind your palms and then slowly move your palms down so that your fingers may allow some light to peer in and allow your eyes to open once more to the world around you and allow yourself to notice five things that you can see and truly look at them.

See them with fresh eyes as you re-enter the world a new person with a new heart and a deeper understanding of your own ability to align to your heart,

Your desires,

Your destiny and when you're ready,

Place your palms together at heart center and bow down to yourself for one last moment of gratitude for showing up here and for giving yourself the gift of self-reflection and alignment.

That was a very interesting recharge! Having a sacral authority (undefined emotional center) i experienced this from a detached, and purly recreational, standpoint. Which resulted in excellent rest because i let go of any need to follow along. Yay Rest! Also i had no idea i could add ambient sound behind the track. My mind is blown! PS I’m gunna go start that email to you right now 🦋
