Hello and welcome to this belly releasing meditation I'm Katie Coleman in this time we will Allow our belly to relax and to release Thus Allowing our chest to relax and release Priming it for an expansive breathing exercise When we feel threatened we tighten We might be tightening our breath Tightening our Belly or center of our being And maybe forgetting that it's also the center of our intuition Where we can re-engage with our deep knowing that everything will be okay We are open to this transition We are open to this transition and we are ready For what this transition will bring for us Going within is one of our greatest gifts Our gift of intuition We can hide from it for long periods of our time on this earth And when we come back It's there waiting It never left It's safe It's safe and trusted Moving into this practice I invite you to place your hand on your belly Your lower belly And readjusting your body if needed And readjusting your body if needed You want to place your thumb in your belly button And allow the palm to lay just below the belly button so your hand is comfortably resting Comfortably engaged with your lower belly The center of your intuition Breathing into your palm into the connection Breathing into your body without any judgment But noticing how your belly feels under your palm Do they feel separate?
Inviting a deep connection into the center of your intuition Into your knowing Into your guide Your guide Feeling the readiness Feeling the safety Feeling everything else falling away Your true self is here You need nothing else Connecting deep and feeling how that affects the rest of your body Feel the freedom in your lungs Allowing the sigh Your audible breath Just playing with that for a couple of moments Feeling big and full of air And blasting out Letting your face change your breath Closing the mouth,
Breathing in through the nose And out through the mouth,
Blowing out Breathing normally,
Checking back in with your belly Staying connected Staying in this true self,
Your true intuition And breathe Moving the body how it feels right for you right now Keep your hand engaged in the belly And gently rock from side to side In your hips or your torso Just a gentle rocking motion Opening the chest for breath See what that feels like Keeping the hand engaged with the belly Walking side to side and breathing deep Staying in your true self In your safety,
Your intuition Setting free in this moment Setting your breath free Releasing the belly Calling in the heat of your breath Continue your rocking side to side Continue the deep breathing Settling in,
Allowing the rocking to subside Slowly and gently Coming back to your belly,
The center of knowing Checking in with the differences you feel throughout your whole body Opening the chest,
Feeling the difference in your breath Take a big deep breath in and we'll sigh it out Again Last one Just sit with the sweetness This feels new This feels sweet This feels right Your body knows what it needs Trust your body Come back here as often as you like Trust yourself Check in with yourself Know yourself You have everything you need right now Namaste
